Lots of politics, no respect for junior employees....

Lots of politics, no respect for junior employees. A few seniors feels that they own an employee. They knowingly call employees who has just left office or someone who is on leave.
The seniors should know that the way they behave the same they would get some day.
Technology wise very outdated.
