Love the place , people are friendly and so are the staff and they are very helpful

Nice Hotel if all you want to do is gamble. I like to travel my wife likea to gamble. Work requires me to be connected and their internet service is non-existent. I would have even paid to connected...but....nothing.

Second issue was the hot tub. They shut it down and I was planning to spend my time drinking wine and entertaining with friends.

It's easy to get to and can be seen from a long way away.its also very big and exciting.

Sorry they didn't have bingo there anymore. It was a great experience clean and very friendly and helpful.

Security started watching us from the minute we walked in until we left. If using ur credit or debt card for anything be sure to bring ur I.D. or else they wont serve u. Not happy with how we were treated.

Don't waste your time or money for 4th of July.

Update:
We recieved a letter from Indigo sending apologies for the 4th. They also gave more Free Play, a free appetizer, and and entry for a drawing. We will keep returning. Great business practice to admit a flaw and fix it. Our favorite place to stay and play!

Dining was great..awesome service. Slots not good... didn't see a single jackpot payout in 3.5 hours. I left all $$$ I could then went to Quapaw for 1 hour and won all I left at Indigo + $$$

First time there. Ran out of $$$ but had fun and everyone was very helpful.

I enjoy going to Indigo Sky. They often send us notice of comp one-night rooms. I like taking advantage of these offers because I am one elevator ride from the casino floor at 4ish on the morning. This casino pays well enough at times. The staff is very friendly as well as courtious. The Sisters is very good eats even if they have no idea what a good biscuit looks like. Overall it is always a good experience.

I used to really enjoy playing here, but their slots just got way too tight. I don't always expect to win, but I do expect to play for awhile on my money. I am very conservative with my money, and I tried minimum bets, maximum bets - nothing worked. Finally figured out it wasn't me - it was the tight slots. My solution was to keep on driving to Downstream. It will be a long time before I try Indigo Sky again.

Omg, overall the worst customer service I have ever experienced, from the bar service which only had one bartender to the slot machines that were out of service or u had to have an attendant fix, which by the way took seemed like forever. I thought Downstream was bad! I won't go out of my way to make a trip there again.i actually have been referring my friends there, but not anymore! Very unprofessional and unfriendly, and yes I spent a good deal of money there. INDIGO SKY please don't send me anymore comps! It will be waste of postage!

Slots were pretty good. Walked out with more than I brought in. Restaurant was horrible. the food tasted stale and not a good flavor at all. This was my first time here, my friend brought me, she gets the free room offers. But I don t think I d come back again. The employees out on the floor were nice, players club were nice. Front desk was very polite even though it was busy, which I don t understand why there would be only one worker on a busy Saturday evening. But she was quick and very nice. I asked her Name and it was Jessica, every time I would pass through, it was always just her there. The rooms were clean, although on our second day, which was on a Sunday, I felt bad for the cleaning ladies, I could tell they were stressed and in a hurry. When walking down the hall, I heard someone on their little Walkie say no breaks , and to hurry up sounded hateful and rude. I m a manager, and not giving your employees breaks and pushing them is not how you get the job done correctly. All in all, I won t be back. There s better places to go. Just wasn t really that fun at all.

We stayed at the RV park here for one week, and the experience was very pleasant. The spots are all paved with asphalt, and although they are not pull-through, they are wide and easy to back in. Many of the spots have grass on one side or on both, although it does not have many trees. Those it does have are small and young, so they don't provide any shade. The park is meticulously maintained and has a nice small walking trail with benches and a beautiful picnic pavilion with fire places and BBQ pit. The bath house was roomy and very clean with two large showers, three commodes, and two sinks. The RV park office has free laundry - yes, that's right, free! They only have one washer and one dryer, but once again, it's free.

They charged only $10/night, and the salt-water pool is amazing. It has a large shallow end, so our kids had a blast. It also has a lovely little waterfall and a spacious hot tub. The pool provides free towels, and it's surrounded by plenty of beach chairs and a few fireplaces and patio lounge areas as well.

We ate once at the restaurant (the other cafeteria-style restaurant was being remodeled), and it was pretty good. It was a bit pricey, and the food was not kid-friendly, but the adults enjoyed it. The town nearby (Seneca) is very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great place. Campground is very clean and modern. Casino and restaurants are great.

No rooms available. They had only one table (full) for 3-card poker, and the entire tune we were there, the players didn't leave. A person in the party apparently got pink eye, so I'm guessing the machines are quite dirty.

You win some, you lose some. Either way I always have a good time when I stop in here

I wrote a review on this place a few years. At that time it was fun because you could win a little. But in this last year I've donated way more than I have one and that's at playing multiple machines. I could blame covid,... Sure. But I started noticing how tight they keep their machines, at least a year before covid. The hotel,.... Gorgeous! Friendly staff, helpful security, nice hospitality,......? Absolutely!
But, losing money consistently IS NOT FUN FOR ANYONE. Losing a significant amount????..... Let's just say, "Gosh all those brand new machines sure are fancy".
So in my most raw opinion, at this time I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I can not help but feel so disappointed. But I won't ever be back if that tells you anything. It's kind of sad really.

Slots were just ok. The buffet Thursday, Fiesta night, was very small and was awful. Taco meat was drenched in grease and the shells and chip were stale. Salad was iceberg lettuce and pasta was nasty tasting. The steak pieces for fajitas was cold as was the rice. Chicken enchilads were good but on fire! We may go back but we will not eat there unless we order from the menu as the eight table's around us all had done. That shold have told us something.

Great casino. Food is pretty good as well. Haven't stayed at the hotel yet though

Table games are a plus. Very clean and well kept. Never have great luck here but every once in a while I come out a little ahead.

Nice casino. Have a lot of slots machine's. Good food. Friendly staff, you can park woth truck and trailer and you can overnight park.

Wasn't too impressed with the meal served on Mother's Day. Not to say that I'll never go back with a bad review for my first time there, but just wasn't impressed with what we got for what was on the menu.

I spend the occasional night there. They have great buffets. I always have fun gambling there!

Brought the RV and are staying in the little campground. Nice but, only offers fresh water and electric on site. Still a bargain at $15.00 daily.
We had dinner in the Casino Restaurant great prime rib last night.

Rooms are beautiful. Staff is very friendly! Food options are limited. And you CANNOT get a drink at the pool when the pool bar is closed! And no pay per view movies or DVD player in the rooms!!!

I use to think Indigo Sky Casino was one of the best if not the best place to go to have fun listening to live music while actually winning some money rather than just a place to go waste your money. Not to mention wasting the time it takes to drive there. I haven t really won anything in several months and just don t feel the excitement when I walk in the doors anymore It s like I know I m going to lose before I even start to play. If I m going to make a 20-30 minute drive, I won t be making Indigo Sky Casino my first stop if I stop there at all. Bring back the fun and bring back the magic and joy of winning!

The hotel is very nice and the non-smoking rooms are extremely comfortable. Although, don t bet on complimentary rooms, even for those who have spent enough in the casino to deserve them. Plan on paying full price and having an earlier checkout than other luxury casinos nearby who offer complimentary rooms.
A good place to stop if you re nearby and don t mind spending some money but might just want to drive passed and find another destination.
