The machines don't pay out, everything is over priced. And to top it off the free play was taken off my card and I didn't even get to use it. This was my first time here, and will be my last. I absolutely hated this place. The only good things about it were the rooms we stayed in were a suit and it was really nice and the pool area was amazing. Other than that it SUCKED BAD!!!

I wasn't impressed. For a first time visitor, the giveaways were only $7 in free play. Downstream gave a lot more the first time I visited. I won't be going back to Indigo Sky again.
My first time coming here and I Ordered a 2pc combo. I got cold fries an dry chicken. The customer service was bland. I rather eat at KFC if I m going to get this kind of chicken

Casino is always crowded, every other machine is usable at this time due to covid but doesn t slow down business at all. Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. Bartenders are attentive even when it s a packed bar and there s usually a live band when I ve been inside. Didn t win any jackpots but walked out with more than I came in with!

Like all casinos you win some and loose some but either way you are in an out in a few minutes because you can't even play long anymore.
Food are longer good at this place. Buffet are pricey and not much there to eat. Go to other casinos would be better. Poor ventilation as smoke were quite heavy around floor
The casino is nice, and the only Bingo hall in the area. There is a non smoking area inside the Bingo hall but the rest of the casino has open smoking. The two nights I was there the air around the slot machines was thick with smoke and made breathing hard. I have lung problems and will be unable to go there again due to the heavy cigarette smoke.
Awesome Casino, great times and good people. Award winning Chef Dale Davis has some great food and a buffet daily if anyone wants to take time out from playing cards or the machines.
It is very cold and it smells like cigarettes. There are no smoke free areas
I have been to many casinos around this country....This is the best slot pay out casino I have ever seen...I doubt even vegas have this much pay out!!!! I think this casino slots is paying 90 % at least....I won 2 jack pots in a single day...

Indigo sky casino is a great place to stay overnite I have stayed here at indigo probably once a week the employees r very helpful and considerate! They always find a room for me no matter how late I arrive !
With the whole "Corona Virus/pandemic" going on it was nice to get out with a friend and what a GREAT choice we made ! Although the machines weren't hitting very often we still had a wonderful time. The staff kept the machines wiped down and wore protective masks plus they had every other slot machine turned off to enforce social distancing. We didn't win anything but didn't lose "the farm" either.

Check in at the hotel was easy and fast. The girls at the desk were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and had a nice view. We had catfish at Shawanoe, it was decent. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and they play really good music! The casino had a lot of fun games, the bonus games were really paying out for us. We saw one jackpot all night. The women s bathrooms were gross though.

It is a lovely place and I do enjoy going there. But there were a couple of times that a machine did not give me the credit that I had earned. The food is wonderful, and it's loads of fun if you win.
Didn't have much staff and strange people would walk up to me asking if I wanted to make some money. Lack of security made me leave because I didn't feel safe.
Good selection of slots. Not sure how my wife got a free gift when I spend more money there??? But the casino is very clean. Didn't have roulette open when I was there. That was disappointing.

Best time to go is before midnight if you ask me. Seems the busier it is the better the machines hit. I personally prefer the river's bend casino right down the road in Wyandotte. Machines are obviously looser. You can hear it when you walk in. Listen for the bells
Really nice casino and friendly staff. The only downside that I noticed, is that they have Pepsi products. Nobody wants a Jack and Pepsi.
fun place to go for a few hrs I have a couple favorite games there and they never disappoint with the tease of maybe winning a lil something but make sure to squash that thought bfore I leave a lil more broke
Had a good time. A nice break in our driving trip from from Texas to Missouri.
Very bad experience. We stayed in the new tower and our keys to are room didn't unlock our door. We then had to go back down to the main office to get new keys. Second night we was there the air unit went out on 7th floor this started at 11 P.M. and they couldn't fix it so they did move us rooms but not until 1 A.M. and it took 4 times of complaining to get that to happen. When all said and done this will be last time we stay there.

Fun, bright, clean. Great incentives such as a generous free play/ stay package. The money I took to play the slots with actually provided 2 days worth of fun. And I keep that amount to less than $100. Overall it was a great time and compared to most casinos these days, this was generous. Also, all machines were in good repair, there were even some I had not seen before!

I've enjoyed my times I have been there, it is a beautiful casino,with very pleasant employees and especially the hotel clerks, they seem to go out of their way to help, I haven't received any mail yet but hopefully they will be sending me some comp.rooms, I've paid for em, lol. I do plan to move in this area soon, and plan on making Indigo my place for relaxing and entertainment! !!

It certainly is a very nice looking place. The exterior is stunning with its beautiful fountains and statues in the front and the Native American like exterior design. The inside is actually very good too, but it could have been run a little better. I went on a Saturday night and found that only half of their table games were open. There were people surrounding each table and you had to squeeze yourself in to even get to play. I found that particularly frustrating because it's just not as good of an experience when you barely have any room to play. The staff could have easily opened the other half of their tables so everyone would be able to play comfortably. I will say though that the people that were available were very professional and friendly, but they just could have used a few more of them.
