INDIGO SKY Review

Very clean the bathroom soaps are amazing. Beds are fabulous but absolutely love the pillows there. We didn't even go to casino and we live 40 min away just love the rooms here

Excited to go for my birthday this week! It did take me awhile to get ahold of someone to make my reservation but oh well!

Lots of good natured folks... Slots always paying if you know what you are doing...

Went to the casino the layout is nice it's not crowded the only thing I didn't like was they didn't have a drink station with soda and coffee they had waitresses carrying it around and I just didn't like that

Very entertaining atmosphere! Lots of variety gaming slots machine to choose from. Very very nice accomodations! Beautiful entrance with the swans and water fountain!

Great place to stay, excellent staff, nice rooms, however, the food is not so good. According to the menu, I thought I was ordering a fresh made chicken fried steak. Not so, this was a Mrs. Paul's version of a frozen product out of the box and into the fryer. I think $15.00 for it was robbery. Such an great facility should have a chef on board and producing better quality food.

Nice service in the casino and great accommodations in the hotel. The restaurant was a bit slow to bring food, but the food was delicious.

No ride back to vehicle after 10 pm. Was fine with them now I never come back. Spend lots of money and no ride....

The facility was lovely and everyone was very nice. We went for our wedding Night after we eloped 3/3/18. I realize that we bought a groupon but I feel like they could have done something a little special for us. They were aware of our celebration but our room was just plain Jane. Hell I would have enjoyed towels folded as swans and a note of congrats but we got nothing. It just would have made our trip more enjoyable. We could have gone anywhere and we chose there. All in all it was a nice honeymoon though.

My husband and I went to this hotel and casino for our wedding anniversary, and it was decent. We did have a few issues though. There is no mini fridge or microwave in the room, the wifi was very slow and kept trying to disconnect, most cell phones have no service there at all, the restaurants at the hotel sucked, and the bar had no coke products or redbull to make mixed drinks (it was inadequately stocked in all aspects). On a brighter note- the room was nice, the pool and hot tub were pretty (although it was closed part of our stay for maintenance), and the casino was okay.

The service was bad on the floor and the bars were under staffed and no one seemed to care what was going on.

Do not trust this place. Not loyal to customers. All about the money. Will not stay again.

very nice rooms, very clean, comfortable more tv channels than one would come to expect from any hotel, as far as food goes, breakfast buffet was excellent both in taste and value, and dinner, I got the cheese burger and chicken quesadilla, the burger was perfect and the chicken quesadilla was huge, a meal in itself, again superb value and better tasting and might I add filling.
casino floor was an adventure and fun, did I mention the instant hot water in the room, wow, overall this was a great weekend trip, enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the excitement of winning and giving back, and the fireworks show at night was spectacular, way to go Indigo Sky Casino, I'll definitely be back.

Takes no more or less than the others imo. Decent blackjack stakes and tables. Cheaper price on a shot of decent scotch than DS.

Absolute ripoff. Slots don't pay and food is overpriced. Staff were incredibly rude like the money we are giving away is owed to them. I also like how the owner only responds to the good reviews lol. Very unprofessional but it's to be expected around here apparently

I was surprised how small the gaming floor is. Wasn't as clean as others, but then again it's brighter lit than I expected. I did have a good time I played for hours on my wins.

Always clean. The machines don't have sticky buttons like others. Every other machine is off right now so there is less people which is nice.

They don't pay out like they used to. That's a fact. Haven't had a jackpot since they opened. I'm very disappointed.

Nice place for a quiet time away from home. The Shawanoe Restaurnt is excellent n the casino does not pay out very well at all.

I am not a gambling person but this was my first visit to casino...

1. Kids are not allowed in casino area and you will be drenched in smoke.

2. Two restaurants are available... Shawaone will be open until 11... 3 sisters is open 24/7. I like the food at 3 sisters as it would be always fresh and you have options from fried chicken / shrimp, pizza, buffet and salad.

3. My kid loves to eat in a restaurant / nothing to go... People were thinking that why kids in a Casino? Believe me.... Everyone was friendly and the staff would let you know where the kids are not allowed... No offense right?

4. The pool area.... That is all made for kids... Kids will enjoy a lot ... There are security guards who keep a watch on you all time although the pool starts from 2 feet's and rises to 6 feets.

In an all it was a good experience... This review is specifically for people travelling with kids.

Big boys will figure out their toys:)

My husband and I both came home with more than we started with! Can't complain about that! Great drink specials, and service! The slots were hot, it seemed like bells and whistles we're going off everywhere!! Lots of people having a good time! We really enjoyed it!!

Spent an evening here with my daughter, my favorite niece, and nephew. Sadly we didn't strike it rich, but we had fun none the less.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff and slots are loose and seem to hit better than most casinos within the 75 mile range from northwest Arkansas. If you don't mind the hour and a half drive, lots of fun awaits you for a night out of town and a pretty good chance of winning some money to bring back home with you. I recommend it for anyone from the gambler or even to someone who just wants to find something different for a change. Lots of fun for anyone of age 18 or older, male or female. Nice rooms,live music most nights with a bar and dance floor, good food and even live bingo on the weekend. Lots of fun for anyone. Indigo Sky Casino is defiantly worth checking out. I give it a thumbs up for sure.

Wish they would give out a free hotel stay then I would be inclined to go more often! I've never even been inside their hotel yet to even get to try it out! Wishful thinking! My husbands birthday is tomorrow! ;)

Always lots of fun and offers. Close to home relaxing and Love it.

Horrible. This place used to be fun and they would let you win a little but now they won t pay you unless your playing $20 a spin or more. All regular players have left there. Not to mention they use the janitors to watch every thing so they can turn your machines off if your winning. Don t waste your money. They don t pay at all .

Rooms and casino are nice. The food offerings are terrible. Good place to stay and play, but plan to eat elsewhere

I love the promotions and the variety of slots. The restaurant is one of my favorites.

We usually go to Downstream Casino but needed a change. Sure glad we went to Indigo. This is our go-to place now.

Been there a hundred times, very impressive architecturally staff could not be more accommodating, but sadly my risk/reward mechanism prevents me from going there 101 times. At Downstream it's literally a "jump-ball" each and every visit. Perhaps the template could be shared with Indigo.

Very professional and courteous staff. Very nice establishment.

Tried the Mother's day buffet, not bad for the price. All the desserts tasted the same...just different shapes/coatings.
