The psychiatrist I see is professional and persona...

The psychiatrist I see is professional and personable. Sometimes our appointments are thirty minutes other visits last an hour. Either way I feel like my mental health is the focus. Medication management is indeed a portion of my therapy and I am confident in the credentials of my prescribe. I have encountered an issue with brand name medication not being one covered by insurance, but I was promptly connected with a medical assistant whom informed the doctor. I was given a prescription discount card that made paying for the brand name even less than the generic month supply. As to the front office "Catch More Flies with Honey than Vinegar" these ladies hear it all bear that in mind.

I've been going to IHG for a little over a year and I have had wonderful results with each visit. I have always experienced very kind front desk staff, and my provider is very wonderful! I feel very comfortable talking with her about any of my concerns and she is always great about giving me any answers or explanations I need. I feel like she actually cares about my needs and I enjoy coming to my appointments. The place is so clean, and their interior design makes the place seem very calming and soothing. Highly recommend for any mental health concerns!

This company will not cater to you unless you have good insurance or feed them money. It's not about patients here, its a cooperate office setting. They do not want you, just money and to peddle prescriptions that will most likely; end you up worse than if you weren't here.

Amazing practice with wonderful providers. I would highly recommend Terry M. Parrish , MD as a psychiatrist. He is empathetic, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. The focus on the patient he gives is phenomenal.

So disappointed. I was referred here by my primary simply because they supposedly accepted my insurance. After visiting about 5 times, I began receiving outrageous bills in the mail. They are overpriced, hard to get in contact with, and the office staff acts like it s a bother to be there. I will not be recommending Indiana Health Group to anyone. It s been such a stressful experience that I never want to go see a therapist again. The first and last time I ll ever go to a therapist. When I would ask how much my appointment would cost, I would never get a straight answer. Never once did they give me a total. They took $100 upfront and that s the last I heard of any payment until I received a bill for over $700. If they had been upfront about the cost, I wouldn t have gone there. Do not go here as I am sure you will also be billed an outrageous amount.

First of all, I would like to praise my psychiatrist, Dr. Lively, for literally being the best human in the entire world. Unfortunately, I feel as though she and very few select employees at this office are the only people who care about and empathize with patients. I am currently having a giant insurance issue with a medication that I cannot go without. I have been without the medication for nine days now. I left a message with the medical assistant nine days ago and never heard back. I finally had a chance to call today (nine days later after never hearing back) as I work two jobs and am extremely busy. At this point, I am extremely ill from being without my medication. Chelsea, the girl I spoke with about the issue treated me HORRIBLY. She acted like I was a crazy drug addict even though I have been prescribed this medication for 11 years. It is all in my chart. She told me that I never left a message with the medical assistant and was so unkind and rude. She never even let me make an appointment with my psychiatrist. I had to call back and speak with someone else in order to even make an appointment. Fortunately, the second girl I spoke with was very nice and empathetic. As far as Chelsea goes, she deserves to be totally fired in my opinion. If you work in the medical field, you should be empathic, kind and willing to help sick patients. Being a cold hearted, mean person is not okay especially when you work in the medical field. In all of my experiences with medical staff, this by far is one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. Chelsea, YOU ARE RUDE AND MEAN. As far as Dr. Lively goes, she is AMAZING.
