Indian River Medical Center Foundation Review

One of the most unprofessional hospitals I have ever been to. From the time I walked in they were rude. I have never been here so I needed directions and they were so rude and filled with attitude when answering simple questions. They told me about my medical condition before I even had knowledge in a room filled with other patients. After each encounter they sat me in the waiting room. Then when drawing my blood it was done incorrectly. As I sat in pain while they continued to dig and poke me. After finally getting blood just how slow the tub was filling I could tell that it was drawn incorrectly but I sat quietly finally announcing I was in pain from the IV another tech came to draw my blood and as she stuck me the vein rolled she just continued to restick me, I asked her what was the blood being taken again for, after she explained to me I asked can we stop it hurt. She responded by telling me if I make her poke her self I will get poked and slammed a piece of tap on my arm and stormed off!!! I am currently sitting waiting for a supervisor as I type this. DO NOT COME HERE THE STAFF HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!

A few months ago I went twice by ambulance to this hospital with spiking BP and pressure in the chest they admitted me overnight and kept telling me I had anxiety attacks. Come to find out it was gallbladder attacks.

Terrible place to go to if you are ill. I wouldn't take my dog there

My mom trusted these people with her life, unfortunately they had little to no care about her life. To know you have a loved one who came to this hospital for help and ends up brain damaged is far beyond enough to know not to go here.

Do NOT come here! Been waiting five hours in the ER for chest pain was given nothing. Doctors go missing for hours. Little food cafe stand took an hour to go through even though three people were in front of me, people on break non stop talking to the guy working. They get you in fast but shove you in a small cramped room with four other beds so you re surrounded. Was here also a few days ago with a sinus infection that s been constant for about a month and they refused to give me anything said it ll go away on it s own. After a month of taking over the counter it s definitely not helping but they don t care just want your money. Do NOT come here. It d be better to stay at home and see your own doctor and not waste your time or money here. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Edit- went to a walk in clinic shortly after this in Tampa and have pneumonia. Great job missing this!!!!!

Treatment a joke .Go to walk in clinic you will get better care . do not care about you or what is wrong with you or if you are in pain every one is a pill head looking to get high unqualified staff need i say any more and the worst part you get to pay for their stuck on stupid way of operations!!!!!! Several weeks ago I was admitted to IRMC. I was only in the ER for an hour, where my condition (sever kidney infection) was stabilized. Sent to a room on the 3rd floor, the care was amazing (I have prior hospital experience in Dallas TX). The doctors came in early in the morning, were forthcoming with information, the nurses ( I only remember one name Dariel, but all were great) were there immediately when I would push the call button. It was discovered that I had a 99% blockage on a main heart artery, I was moved to the 5th floor (cardiac care) where I got an immediate CT Scan, and a stent was put in place. Again, the doctors and nurses were exceptional (again only remember two names Shannon & Nona) and on top of this great care... the food was restaurant quality.. everyone was friendly, professional, and made this stay a positive experience.

This place is like a third-world country. Waited 2.5 hours for a room in the ER and now been waiting an hour in the room without even being acknowledged. There are literally people screaming in pain in the waiting room being ignored. Worst hospital I ve even been to in my life. Go somewhere else, no questions asked. Can t believe Cleveland Clinic has their name attached to this facility.

Great hospital. Within 1/2 hour of visiting ER was in ICU receiving needed care.

Absolute worst ER on the Treasure Coast. Got to the ER at 11:00 am and as of 5:15PM, still not seen...6 hour wait times or longer.

Terrible service!

Came with my sister because she was having severe chest pain and other symptoms that had us worried since she s been having heart complications. The lady at the front desk didn t ask her what her symptoms were and just kept rubbing her lashes, not paying attention to her. They made her wait then passed her to the room. They sent her out to wait again while there was an empty room. It s been almost 3 hours and no one has come to check on her anymore.

Only 2 stars because the ED triage has barely managed not to kill a member of my family yet. Yet. Walked out of there with an untreated critical situation again today. What does that tell you?

Was told 151 for my appt at partners then received several additional bills almost 600 more. Everyone I speak to puts the blame on the next person and their is a major lack of accountability when answering my questions. They have my social and a self pay form I signed I have never felt so aggravated and misinformed with partners in 8 years and 3 pregnancies but what they are putting me through is wrong. Someone needs to fix this.

Had a short stay in the mental health department and it was very poorly maintained, dirty with lack of care for the hospitals patients. The food was awful to look at, let alone eat. The employees spent more time interacting with eachother rather than serving sick patients with compassion to fulfil Their duty to hospitality service. I deffinatly do not recommend this hospital if you or your loved one is suffering from any kind of mental disorder.

to lower their official wait times they take you in right away but then lock you away in small room for hours before any medical staff comes in to check on you. terrible experience

This is the worst hospital i've ever seen. They have the worst collections I've ever experianced. They tried to charge twice over a thousand dollars and I have eveidince that I paid them off. They continue to charge me for bills I've already paid. They will try to rob you so keep your recipts.

Dreadful. Doctors seem competent and efficient, but most (not all) of the support staff, (especially in the emergency room) are snotty kids, ignorant, brash, and completely uncaring. If attitude were a recognized medical procedure, they would be at the top of their field. I don't know how they keep their license.

I drive from Barefoot Bay to go to Cleveland Clinic when I have a problem but my last stay in April was shocking to me. My level of care the first day and night was a 1. I had to actually point out the care I should have been getting as this was my third time with this condition. Thank God the nurse the next am was my savor. She listened to me and got me the care I needed.
I dont know what has happened since you have become Cleveland Clinic but I am not impressed.

Was lied to at this Hospital not only by the nurse but also by the nurse coordinator who backed up to nurse and wouldn't confirm that the patient was lying but stood behind the nurse.
This is what happened I called up to find out some information my girl had just been admitted and didn't have me on the list so I asked the nurse to go down the hall and ask her for permission so that I could no finer details so I knew what to do the nurse waited two minutes after putting me on hold came back and told me that my girlfriend did not wish for me to know anything so I flipped out on her we had an argument just to come to realize she said to me why are you so upset and I said the nurse told me that you told her not to tell me anything she said I haven't seen a nurse yet today at all and this was at 7:15 in the morning so I called back and and spoke with the nurse coordinator the nurse coordinator went down there ask questions I apparently was on hold when she put me back on the phone she swore that Janice didn't want anybody to know anything in the Janice and the nurse were sitting right in front of her after that phone call I called Janice back and Janice told me oh well as soon as you got on the phone and she started talking to you she rushed out of the room that is about as unprofessional as you can get not only that dirty as hell backing up a liar that was too lazy to do her job....

Don't ever go here with a real emergency.. I read many other reviews and of those that lived to tell the story.. 50/50 chance of being treated correctly.. hmmm.. my story? Was there over 1.5 hours with NO TRIAGE... but they were sure quick to get my payment info upon arrival... Would have died had it not been for my mother who was with me at the time and took me somewhere else.. I'm 44 and shes 69... not a kid game here... without her intervention.. I would not be here to post this.. do you really want to take a 50/50 chance with your emergency?

This doctor orders unnecessary testing and doesn't tell you what she's ordering. She ordered a lipid panel and it wasn't my physical so I was charged for it. My insurance company that I spoke to notified me if it was done during my preventive exam it would have been $0 as well as the co pay. She also ordered HIV testing without saying anything to me. She asked if I've been tested before and I said yes and it was negative and she said okay. She never said she'd be ordering it. No counseling on what HIV is or what it could mean if it came back positive because she never said it was being done! I have yet to receive a call with lab results or in the mail after canceling my follow up appointment. When canceling the receptionist said I meaning me would be calling back to reschedule my appointment it was not offered to make a new one when canceling. It has been eight days since I've canceled and I won't be rescheduling. Since I canceled I expected my results snail mail since they should be verified by a doctor to the patient even if I received them and a bill already from Quest. The Medical Assistant was nice enough and she washed her hands right after doing vitals during flu season which caught my eye. I also never received a call for a referral for help with getting me in with an out of net work specialist. If she did a thorough history and spoke to me in more detail and wanted to learn about me she would have realized how much more important this specialist was. I'd steer clear of this office she seems out to make a quick buck and get you in and out. Skimmed through my medical history faster than a Kenyon running a Marathon she didn't even learn anything she didn't care to. Good thing she got those records she'll never need.

WORST hospital I've ever been to and I have been several in the US.

Waited 7 hours and when i was called back, they sent to another room to wait. Once someone showed up, they gave me basically gave something for nausea. I told them I wanted to seen by a real DR or nurse and given the propers meds and was pissed you made me wait while my BP is rising from the condition I was in.

Then I got some fat nurse in room with mysterious white stains. I was very concerned and told her this was dirty and possibly infectious, she didn't care. I don't even think she washes her hands in between patients. They also wanted prego tests, CAT scan, all things that were absolutely not necessary, just driving up taxpayer costs as well as my ins. They also do a SS # pull on you without your permission, which I almost sued them for.

She gave a small amount of the med I needed and I didn't push for more bc, even though it did not help me fully, it was 2am and I had to work. COMPLETELY FILTHY hospital that should be investigated.

What a joke this ER Is! I was there 8 hours before I saw a doctor..the bathrooms were nasty and when I finally did see a doctor, he was in a rush to get rid of me, and gave me a prescription for meds that were wrong for someone in my condition..If I need an er again, I will drive the 20 minutes to Sebastian..!

THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER. ALL THEY DID WAS TAKE BLOOD. THEY NEVER TOUCHED ME OR ANYTHING, THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT FOR MONEY AND THATS IT, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.... PLEASE PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE, ANY DR AFFILIATED WITH THEM IS JUST AS BAD. MAJOR LAWSUITS ARE FILED AGAINST THEM. THEY MISSED A MAJOR DIAGNOSIS THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND IF THEY JUST DID THEIR JOB.

Worst hospital i have ever been into.horrible patient care the CNA are by far just there for a check i got caustic acid in my eye and was in horrible pain was called a baby by the CNA cause i was yelling while the acid was eating my eye the Nurses here you can tell they dont care about the patients pain if your hurt injured or dying stay away trust me your better off driving an extra 10 mins to get proper care trust me worst hospital i have ever been into and very low funded they don't have the right equipment to take care of me..hopefully they have it for you best luck if you end up here ill be praying..# Rudest Nurses ever

Very dysfunctional ER! Waited 8 hours before being seen by a doctor. Never have I waited that long in any ER. Seems to be several problems here: understaffing, low morale, lack of communication among staff, lack of modern technology. My instruction when I left was to contact a primary care doc whose name was given to me. When I called this doctor, the staff told me that she dealt with infectious diseases, of which I do not have. I was told by the hospital staff that she was a primary care doctor.

I read their mission statement while waiting for 8 hours and this place fails miserably in their mission.

They don't deserve even 1 star. These are the most horrible, rude, uncaring staff I have ever encountered. I pray my family or myself ever have to entrust them with our healthcare. They don't listen to, or care about their patients.

They took incredibly good care of a loved one in the ICU - thank you to the nurses, doctors and everyone else who works in ICU.

Worse hospital ever!!!! Grossly understaffed, or at least that's the excuse the nurses give you,
2 hour wait after hitting call button. And nothing but excuses. Left a message for nurse manager but never got a call back. Unless you're bleeding out I would recommend going someplace else. I have used Florida hospital chain in the past and there is no comparison. Btw the signs in your room that states there goal is to manage your pain is bs too, lay in bed for hours before getting anything

Went to the ED with a fish hook in my hand. The PA used a filthy, rusty set of pliers to extract the hook. When I asked him if he got the pliers from his garage, he told me "this was the good one". Thought I would have received a questioner from the hospital regarding my experience that day, never did so this is why I am commenting here.

Staff were respectful, and excellent, except for Doctors, who are overworked. Waited 5+ hours in ER for X-rays. They have NO Triage protocol. Out of 20-30/hour 30% were indigent/welfare/no insurance with colds/flu, or 'I don't feel right'. 35% were seniors needing MRI/Scans from falls. Dr. refused to give muscle spasm med, while I was having muscle spasms, she first acknowleged spasms??? As one senior said "I wouldn't come here if I were dying"

My wife had an episode of what we think was AFIB. I say think, because I'm not sure of their diagnosis. We started a month ago in the ER and they stabilized her and had us follow up with a cardiologist and they had her wear a monitor. We went back to the cardiologist and he said it wasn't AFIB, prescribed bata blocker and took her off her blood pressure medicine.This was one of the hospitals cardiologists. Wednesday evening she had another episode, with extremely high blood pressure. I took her back to the ER and they said she was in AFIB and needed to be admitted to the hospital. That was at 2:00 am, she was finally move to a room at 10:30 am. Other than a floor nurse, no one showed up until the afternnoon and that was an NP. She said she ordered a ecocardiogrm, no one showed up. My wife called theoffice thst did the work and the had no order. Then a hospitalist showed up and immediatly questioned why my wife was not on blood pressuremeds and we told her the csrdiologist stopped them. She reinstated them, but found out later the doses were based on her not understanding what my wife told her. Then they decided not to give her any medication because her thyroid levels were slightly elivated, all the while, my wifes blood pressure was hoovering aound175/125. The a cardiologist came in and wanted to know why my wife was not getting her medication. He got things going and the people finally showed up for the ecocardiogram. With that I went home for the evening. The next morning my wife tells me they are taking her blood pressure every 4 hours which I think was to long of an interval given the high blood pressure and told her to have it done every hour. Then she calls me and says they are keeping her for another 48 hours to monitor het. I got there and talked to the hospitalist and she informed me it was hospital procedure and if we left we would have to pay. Why would I leave my wife in a cardiac ICU to be monitored when they can't even take blood pressure on a 1 hour routine. Because of all this we had her discharged. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hospital, we are from Michigan and are not sure if we can com back for the wintets with this kind of medical care. We had heard your hospital was not good, but thought it would be better now that Cleveland Clinic took over.

Everyone from ER, to the cardiac unit was awesome. Nothing but the best of care and compassion.

I've heard some horrible things but I can only tell you as an elderly person the help the doctors the staff and the testing was equal to that which I have experienced for many years in other places so I thank youas far as I'm concerned I will have to give you a five-star rating and thank you

Horrible Horrible Horrible hospital!!! They are slow and dont care!!! They had a trainee put cast on foot and ended up with blisters inside my cast from rubbing... Worth driving to Lawnwood medical center which i did for them to take care of it! I will personally never go to IRMH again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone!

This hospital is the best hospital for the people who live near Vero Beach, Florida. I went to the Emergency department with a very serious fractured ankle. They could have sent me home. If they had I would have never made it through the night. The Doctor that took care of me in the ER was truly a Super Model. I want to thank you for all your help. You are someone who deserves good things to happen in your life. Thank you for not turning me away to suffer and be frightened at home.
I have a calcaneal fracture which is a heel bone fracture. It is a very serious fracture that required Emergency Surgery on a Sunday. I was in so much pain that with the most potent narcotic I still could not sleep.
The nurses on the 5th floor surgical unit were truly concerned for my well being. They did everything possible in an impossible situation.
Everyone who gave me care were compassionate and understanding.
Laura is truly a nightingale who made me feel she truly cares about all her patients. It did not matter to her who she was giving her 5 stars attention and care to. She's the nurse's assistant that you want in your corner.
Miguel was my nurse that brighten up my morning after my surgery. He knew when he saw me that morning that I was feeling down and did just the right thing to make me feel better. He is also a 5 star caregiver. He me feeling better and picked my spirits up.
As for my surgery I was blessed to have the A-team on call.
Doctor Haile is the podiatrist surgeon you want in the OR. I really crushed my foot. He repaired it using a steel rod, plate and screws. Only after surgery I had enough relief from the pain to sleep after being unable to for over 24 hours.
Dr. Courty was extremely concerned and helpful to allow me to go home later then the normal discharge hours. She knew how much I wanted to go home to be with my ESA pet Beebs. She also wanted to make sure I could go home and not be in unbeatable pain.
I feel that if you communicate your needs in polite and normal behaviors to anyone in this hospital. You will receive the 5 star treatment I was graced with.
Idian River Medical Center will always be my first choice for my family and me.
They're the best hospital in my area. So yes they do deserve a 5 Star rating.
I know that I have a long road to recovery up to almost a year. I am truly grateful that I started off with the best hospital to help me with my journey.

Terrible place they charge way to much for nothing they make you wait for hours for a prescription they should be ashamed of themselves.

Two ppl told me different time frames to get the stitches out, one was wrong and unfortunately I waited the longer time. It was painful. Also they don't accept Florida blue insurance so they charged me $1700 for 3 stitches. Of course they took my insurance and acted like everything was good to get me on the hook for it. I am very much on the lower income side of things and they totally screwed me over and don't care. This isn't a caring hospital that gets you better, they're out to make money. And why not take it from my insurance company? They reported a lower amount to my insurance that was less than my deductible then started sending me bills for the ER, the Dr, the nurse, every person there wants my money. They didn't report all those bills to my insurance and if they did it would've been paid. Now I have to try to fight with both my insurance and them.

Waited 8 hours while my mother was bleeding and in the end they didn`t do anything for her. Never going back again.

My wife and my 3 month old daughter were taken to the ER via ambulance and were treated horribly. My wife never spoke to a single doctor while they were there. The nurse ended up going over the results, very unprofessional and makes one question what service are they actually performing. I mean you expect a doctor to go over such results to answer any questions. Isn't this the service you are paying for?
Seems like they are more interested in the money, than patient needs.

Being in this hospital was one of the worst experiences in my life!!! I was in the emergency room from 1pm -9pm, finally got a room at 11:30, they kept me there for 3 days waiting for surgery that kept getting bumped, they ruined 3 blood tests and had to take more blood each time, they had to reset my IV 3 times, the first one got dislodged from the vein and my arm blew up in a lump the size of an egg( this could have been avoided I'm sure because the person who set it said " I don't like the look of this, the vein is crooked", the second one was in my hand and some nurse assistant tried to take my blood pressure at my wrist? and blew the IV right out of my hand!!! when ever I had to hit the nurses call button I could here them bitching about it from down the hall, (I'm sick not deaf) .Other than my 2 nurses "Christin" day and "Keya" night who were both wonderful, kudos to both of you, and thank you for actually caring about your patients, they whole thing was hell!!!

I am new in town, and don't know many doctors yet. I was seen in the ER at about 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday. I presented with eye symptoms and was admitted immediately (must have been a slow night, thank goodness). After triage by a nurse practitioner and an RN, I waited a reasonable amount of time for the ER doctor, Dr. Gulati. While not an eye specialist (this ER lacks one), he did some tests and spent all needed time explaining the results. He urged me to see an ophthalmologist within 24 hours and gave several local recommendations. Also told me where to go if another eye emergency arises after hours (Lawnwood in Ft. Pierce). From an ER perspective, I don't think I could have had better care.

Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been too....went in with an abscess tooth all I needed was a peice of paper saying I can have antibiotics and all these nurses did was treat me like I wanted pain medicine...left with a thousand dollar bill for a prescription of amoxicillin......1000 dollars for a piece of paper and a bunch of rude nurses

My husband brought me to the ER because I couldn't stop coughing. We were in and out of there within a half hour. Got 2 scripts and headed out.
VERY pleased with our visit there.

I did OK here and was really grateful to be treated here. My issue now is I submitted a records request more than a month ago and have followed up twice and they still haven't sent it or even responded at all! :/

My wife was recently in your hospital and she had great care. Everyone from emergency to her nurses and doctors. She spent a total of 5 days there and everyone was great, ty. I recommend this hospital to anyone if you need one.

Great hospital nevermind the people who complain because of thier any bitty problems sorry but broken bones will go before sinuse infection (should go to your family doctor for that or a walk in clinic not a damn er )

I want to applaud all those in the ER who were so very supportive and professional in dealing with a worrisome leg laceration at 9:30 PM, May 27. The nurses, Dr. Scott Barr, and the patient relations lady were all exceptionally focused and professional, and explained everything clearly. I was back home within a short time, much relieved.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They are taking excellent care of my mom.

This place saved my life. I was there for five days. Support staff was friendly and attentive, Doctors were knowledgeable and the food was great and always available. God bless these folks.

Was injured at work went in and was in and out in about 30 min. Never saw a Dr. Only nurses, nobody put thier hands on me to do an exam!! Sat at a computer wrot me an RX and told me to follow up with an orthapedic surgeon.

My complains are with management not the staff! The staff was very nice . They cant really do anything for you and the doctors are not allowed to suggest another doctor if they cant help you. But you will get phone calls from other doctors around the hospital after your visit.... It's left up to you to make the phone calls and do your own research. Its not the staffs fault this is upper management issues...

Take your money and discharge you! This is the name of the game here. Go to lawnwood or Sebastian for help!

I do not recommend this hospital to anyone. I am now fighting with the outsourced radiology companies outsourced billing company on a monthly payment plan. Every other company has worked with me except this one...Radiology Physicians of Indian river county, LC stay away at all costs!!!!!

My insurance company has been trying to get records from them for a month and they will not release them.

Called Patient Accounts to take responsibility for a bill owed. The staff are not reasonable . It's like being punished for trying to do the right thing. What's going on there ?

Arrived at outpatient young lady thete was very nice and quick.shes new to IRC guess thats why she was so helpful.The outpatient waiting room is filthy and no sani wipes to even clean it yourself.Not a tissue in sight for the crying peopke waiting. What looks like a little coffee area no coffee no cups no water filthy counter.three signs telling you to call 2074 well that was answered by a person whi was waiting in another waiting room.So no resolution wectried calling the main number to be told there was no one to speak with or resolve this..HELLO IR a hospital is 24/7 .No one we stopped in the hall going was interested or helpful if you have time to wait go else where Do NOT support this community hospital they could care less about community.

A good hospital and has great staff that help you out with bascially any concerns you have.

Its been over 2 hours and they still have not called my name my tonsils are making it hard for me to breath and its 1:24 in the morning smh love where my taxes is going to smh

This hospital saved my husbands life when he got sepsis. We love this hospital. It is clean and the people are friendly. The doctors and nurses are wonderful!

The rest of these reviews are true, it s way worth a longer drive & benefit going to a different hospital. Extremely sarcastic & rude nurses who quite frankly don t care how you are feeling or who they blurt out your reason for being there too. They literally swabbed my throat & nostrils as SooOn as I took a step out of the bathroom from a urine test, so everyone in the hallway seen how uncomfortable my nostrils felt have a stick go up it.

The nursing staff and room service ambassadors were AMAZING! felt loved! Most certainly recommend! And the food was great!!! 5 Stars!

It was the worst experience I've ever had.. My son went in there with sudden spasms in his face, when triage looked at his tonsils they were horrified to see how swollen they were with white puss... When we got into a room Dr. Michael khazalpour said it didn't look that bad triage is not a Dr... They did no further tests on either his spasms or his throat.. To boot they sent him home without a drop of fever medicine with a temp of 103, by time I got home it was 104.3... Today my sons nose is gushing blood for no visible reason as to why... I am on my way to Sebastian to hopefully get some answers... Dr. Michael if there were tests you could have preformed on my son to establish the reason for all what he's going through, we will meet again!!!!!!

Worse experience ever!!! Waited 3 hours to be sent to a room to wait another 1.5 hours before doctor came to see my daughter who has been spiking high fevers and body pains . i will be taking my family elsewhere from now on.

T bad you have to give a star at all otherwise it would be no star. I was admitted thru the ER and just being admitted to IRMC was the worse thing that could ever could to me. But living in Vero Beach no choice be sides Sebastian which is to far for me. The Hospitalist I was admitted to was the worse of a doctor I have ever seen. My room was never cleaned in any way, given a bedside cammonde which never had a bucket because they were back ordered. So instead they used a bed pan which broke and it was spelled over the floor and never mopped up except with patient towels. And there is a long list of problems of which I have pictures and names of everything. I left there and for around 3 days I was personally in shock. And my private physician consulted and after 48 hrs. they discharged me stating they didn't know where he was and that he didn't work weekends and refused to put another call to his service. After writing this review I would really appreciate a call from the Administrator and not a go thru someone else mainly because things get

Took my son to the IRMC pointe west urgent care. Very unprofessional doctor although the rest of the staff was very nice and did there job well. Got hit with over a 600.00 lab bill several weeks later for a urine test that we were never informed would be coming. Awful!!!! I have been fighting it for over a month and getting no where. Due to not being able to afford insurance, this is how we are treated. I am so disgusted with our medical center and the way they have handled our situation.

I found myself needing a trip to the emergency room this week. Employees of the hospital in the Emergency Room were not wearing masks. Apparently they do not believe in science. Mask optional Hospital?
