Indian Ladder Farms is always awesome. My toddler loves feeding the goats, the cider donuts are great, and the apple picking is a ton of fun. All the employees are friendly too. And helpful. We go every year, but that's probably not enough.

The cider Donut's where perfect as well as the other pastry we purchased
However the staff member behind the pastry counter was unpleasant and RUDE !
It wasn't even that busy and she apparently didn't want to be there
No good for public relations , I heard other customers comment the same service issue as well

Great place. I love to try and go somewhere new and explore the area im in when i can. Recently my fience and i have been exploring the mirco brews and hard cider places in our area and in between. Indian ladder frarms made it to our list. This is a family friendly place with animals and such. So when you get done running around with the kids just swing down to the cider bar and try their flights or some cases one at a time. The one that shocked me the most was the lavender honey cider. I was concerned it would be over powered by a floral flavor as the name states lavender. This was not the case. To me it was more like drinking liquid apple pie. If you dont believe me try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. They also have many events here take the kids or not but just come on out and take in the incredible views.

I go every fall season and there is a plethora of things to do. I love their cidery and tasting room. The orchard is fabulous. My son loves the animals. Also their cafe has AMAZING food that I feel is so under looked. Go for lunch!

Nice little farm outside of Albany, it includes a small Cafe and two stores selling a variety of things. The big star are obviously their jucy and delicious apples, which you can pick yourself. On top of that they have different ciders, self made honey and much more. Definitely try their amazing apple cider donuts, they are a pievr of heaven on earth right there. Also they have animals to pet and a lot of outdoor seating. Perfect daytrip destination for young and old!

Horrible breakfast. Our food was cold, the table next to us had cold food and the table behind us had the same issue. Good selection of food but nothing to call home about. Jams have a layer of dust on them and only 2 pies in the case at 11am. Almost no baked goods to choose from. Not a wide selection of cheese or produce and price not worth the product. Cider donuts are greasy and lightly sugared. Line to check out with 2 donuts and 1 hot cider and waited 10 mins to check o uh t while 1 person worked the register and another ate pastry behind her before deciding to help out!! Not worth the trip.

Delicious brews and ciders, expertly crafted, and a great atmosphere for a family. I'm looking forward to the warmer months where the tasting room will be open, upstairs on the patio. Winter is made warmer with a heady beer and a snowshoe along the trails and through the orchards. Check out the gift shop and pick up some granola, hot cider and cinnamon sugar doughnuts. Delish. Active Facebook presence, too, so we always have a plan for the weekend.

I've been coming to Indian ladder almost my whole life. The place has changed only in good ways. There's a lot to do here besides pick apples. There are a large variety of animals to observe and feed, a decent sized play area for children, a shop with a huge variety of specialty foods and vegetables, and plenty more. Their apple cider donuts are to die for as are their pastries and everything else they sell. The lines are ridiculously long most of the time, but it's worth the wait. Try it out!

What an amazing experience for the entire family! ...

What an amazing experience for the entire family! Also a great option for a bday party for the kiddos. Plan on arriving earlier afternoon, as it gets packed quickly and since the apples, donuts and cider are beyond amazing, a guarantee that you will wait in line. The line does move quickly, however it s a very long one (at least 45 min) especially later in the afternoon. Everyone wants the cider and the mouth watering donuts so worth the wait. I would recommend having more check-out options as there are only 2 cashier associates on the weekend. The cost is a bit pricy ($$$) however the apples are delicious. Friendly staff will be catered to you to create a positive experience. Many apple options to chose from on a spacious beautiful property. Although I reside in Austin, TX, when I visit family upstate during Sept, I take the kiddos here.

Was super excited to go here. But unfortunately my family left disappointed. We waited an hour and still left before we got any food. Even the Cafe and barn had a very long wait. We understand that they were busy but this was crazy. I felt bad for the staff they were getting their butts kicked. Management failed. We even saw managers just standing around drinking beer and not helping out. They were under staffed and unprepared.

I was really looking forward to getting my Apple cider donut for myself and my friend. We went inside first to get our cider. While checking out a co-worker was belittling another co-worker which was so inappropriate. We ended up going outside to get our donuts only to be turned away at appx 5:45 saying the line had to be closed down w/o reason. Mind you, wasn t even 6pm yet and we were being turned away. My friend came all the way from California and had never had a cider donut. He explained this to the lady and she still turned us away. I can understand being turned away at 6pm but not at 5:45pm. This just put a sour taste in my mouth when all I wanted was a sweet taste!

We visited for the baby animal petting zoo. It was super cute. Littles were able to pet pretty much every baby animal with the help of staff members. There was other things to see as well, plus a cafe and baked goods counter. For cider donuts.

The store is quite nice but their parking lot is a disaster. We were hoping to do some apple picking but it's hard to find the right road to drive in on for that and just as hard to park there as it is to park in the lot in the store location.

Great local produce, nice assortment of jellies and jams (actually made locally) doughnuts, baked goods and the like.
With a nice gift shop upstairs, down bellow, past the cider presses and beer rooms, is the real enticement for me, a cellar bar with the feeling of an old time hangout only the locals know about. Often with live music, the bar has a selection of local beers and ciders on tap and in bottles. Flights are available. Along one wall, a cupboard houses a couple of shelves stocked with a nice selection of local liquors that rotate just often enough, to entice me into picking up a new offering as well as maybe a past favorite.
I used to live in town, so whenever I'm home for a holiday, my dad and I always seem to find a need to run to the farm for a couple of things upstairs... and a bit more catching up bellow. Mom-"What took you two so long?"

Breakfast was not what I expected orders banana bread french toast and got a slice of banana bread instead when I asked if the plate I got was correct the waitress stated that's how they make there french toast. Just irritated about the whole thing even tho the bread was tasty. I have been here for lunch before and loved my experience but because of my breakfast experience I'm rating this place a 2 star.

Terribly maintained parking lot, awful food, beer that would have to improve to get to mediocre. Mac & cheese noodles felt like they had been boiled for an hour first. I'm a big beer nerd, and there was nothing approaching quality that was presented in my flight. Plus, all but one of the outdoor heaters wasn't working on a cold afternoon. Honestly, there was not a single thing about this I found enjoyable other than the friendly servers.
