Indian Hot Springs Resort and Spa Reviews

We booked a 30 minute massage online about a month in advance which was super simple to set up. When we arrived the front desk was very helpful and informative on how this all worked. Soon after we got our massages and I can't say enough good things about how awesome the massage experience was. Totally worth it. After the massage we paid an extra 10$ to upgrade to a private bath which was just what we needed after getting those knots worked out. We are defiently coming back sometime to checkout the caves.

This used to be a nice place. However now It seems they have decided to do a complete 180 and are exploiting the pandemic so they can rip off their customers. They are now charging full day price for 1 hour. Plus they are reservation only, which is not mentioned anywhere until you drive 30+ minutes from the city to get there. I will be making sure to inform everyone I can about how they are taking advantage of their customers now. Thanks for ruining my night and having to calm down crying children on the drive back to the city. This will not be forgotten. P.S. While I gladly paid your high prices before to support you, I will no longer be doing so. I won't be paying for my next stay. Trust me you don't pay your people enough for them to care about security. I just didn't take advantage of it before.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed at the Inn and walls were very thin. Got rudely woke up at 1:45am by people next door. Unable to get a hold of management to take care of situation. Upon check-in, was not informed of after-hours management. Had to go talk to people next door myself. When front desk was informed of situation, all was offered different hot springs amenities. Due to schedule, unable to do amenities. Management did not offer money off room for compensation. Massages were amazing tho!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I loved the massage as well as the caves. The caves are very hot and draining so you have to take breaks. Overall good experience and I would recommend.

The hot springs pool was great! The front desk is a hot mess. These poor employees are just slammed and expected to check people in and also police people coming in and out. I feel there could be a better process here. We got messages and wanted to go to the caves but we're told there were 4 groups in front of us and had no idea how long our wait would be. There should be a time limit for the caves so others can enjoy them as well. Like I said, the pool was nice but our main purpose of going was to get messages and visit the caves... Message therapist Kim was fantastic and very friendly!

We went into the caves with the hot sauna water. My knee was in seven heaven, but it was too hot for some of my crew, so we went to the pool. This is not your ordinary pool. It is like a hug from heaven. This could very well be my happy place.

Relaxing, tropical environment - recommend it to anyone who needs some warm weather and swimming. Architecturally, it s a fun experience to have. We just went for the 1hr pool dip. Don t forget to bring your own towels or you ll pay 3$ for small towels.

We stopped here as a pit stop before flying out of Denver. Super cute! We got a hot tub, they're private but you do have people next to you in the other tubs. My only complaint was the tub was around 113 degrees which was way too hot to enjoy. The front desk lady did warn us so It's nothing against them, the workers were super friendly. Just be aware when you're one of the first times of the morning the tubs are HOTTTT. Otherwise, loved it. Would have loved to check out the mineral pool inside we just did not have time. Flowers and plants in the pool area are on point! So beautiful!

Such a terrific place! The pool is so warm and clean. The jacuzzi was worth every penny because your right on the side of the mountain with a fence surrounding it. Everyone is friendly and so welcoming. Shannon and Cynthia in the gift shop were knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations on food and shops surrounding the hot springs. The gift shop itself had some great gifts, clothes and jewelry. Just 5 stars all the way around!
