Nice to know you can keep the rif raf out ... But the amenities , dock, laundry room , pool , etc are non-functional .

Really nice community on Lake GRANBURY...my husband is building a weekend vacation house here for a wonderful couple!

The front gate treats everyone like armed terrorists. Delivery Personnel were trying to do their best to ensure everyone has supplies as needed yeah they don't understand what the uptick in delivery is all about. Covid

Towed my car when it broke down even though it was pulled to the side of the road a block from my house for only 30 mins as i went to get my truck to pull it home. Nothing in the HOA book states they'd tow it. $250 to get it out of Acorn tow right outside the gate! I will be moving soon. ** Also the security harasses people I had someone staying with me that liked to take walks who was stopped several times once the security even got on his loud speaker and said " you have 20 mins to get inside your home" he was a grown man not a teenager. Doing nothing wrong... **

Love living here. New gate system. But all in all great. Most the pictures. Are my plants. Some of random skies. Some random creatures. Also a couple of properties. All that I took inside the gates of indian harbor

The 3 people that "work" there are totally inept. If anyone is keeping track of it on FB they will know what I'm talking about. They get paid to pretty much just sit around and talk, knit or crochet or embroider. It's 2 women and a man. I was in there to add my name to where I'm living now, one of them acted like she was entering it into the computer but she must have forgotten to click save because there is no record of it at the gate. It's all the same system. They've lost people's dues by allocating to some completely different account and can't remember who's. I would have given no stars but you know how it goes on here. Can't leave a comment without stars.
