Great product and good sales staff especially Mr Ali.

Nice office and everything. But the security guards must learn how to talk to potential customers or else they are pushing them away by the way they communicate right now. We wanted to see the area from outside and decide whether we are ready to purchase something in there. But the initial contact with the security spoiled the whole desire of even thinking of living there! Overall nice scenery and lovely Lagoon view.
Pleasant for families. The villas are in European style.

Bought 2 apartments - after signing the papers haven t heard from them and no one responds anymore.
Cheques been cashed and till now not even a confirmation email...
Makes me rather concerned looking ahead in time regarding customer service at hand over etc....

You can say it is top of range among the luxurious properties in UAE, it is part of H.H MBR city development in meydan area.
Greenery areas all over the clusters, very huge even incredible swimming pool in the community.
Small town centre for quick shopping.
High end finishing villas with touch of a luxury.
Access very easy to it , very close to Downtown and business bay .
They are developing huge mall called Medyan one mall lay beside the lake made it specially for it .
Dont ask for properties prices since it is out of our hands .
Simply once you live there no need to go out for anything else.
