Greedy n lazy. Charged me to change my own smoke detector $110 and never did nothing. Also I had to pay $200 out of the deposit I paid the previous owner, and it was filthy it took me two years to clean it n I left it spotless, they need to finish the walls they put new furnace in and left wall down. It had bats bugs splinters from floor, rude load neighbors and partys downstairs every weekend. It was hell living there and they still got some of my deposit. They didn't care what u did as long as u didn't want anything done I f one for six weeks last winter when furnace and hot water heater went out at same time in November, I'm surprised they didn't charge me for it. They are crooks and lazy half ass maintenance men, the grass was never mowed in a regular maybe once or twice a month, if that. Worst company I have ever seen, or had the curse of renting from. Horrible isn't the word, I had to chase my d posit for three months also and take everything to them, ridiculous how they even call themselves a property caretaker. They suck ars
