I wish I can give full five stars but I am extremely disappointed. Terrible!!! Some of these nurses give the worse attitude. One nurse rolled her eyes at me when I didn t understand something her name was Melanie. Please Independence Plus, do better and train your workers to be more respectful. Thank you.
Staff is unprofessional. Very rude. They are disorganized and the place was messy and dirty. Also there was a smell. They take weeks to respond and not very kindly.

I am honored to work for Independence Plus. IPI is a company that provides a positive environment for its employees and patients that it serves. I learned early on that IPI does the right thing for its patients, not just what makes sense financially. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be for families dealing with a loved one, with a chronic illness. There are many challenges in making sure they receive the much needed care, to remain safely at home. I know that should any of our patients have issues, IPI will go out of our way to resolve it.
My family has been using Independence Plus for nursing services for 3 months. Our nurse has become part of our family. She is passionate and dedicated to my son. I don t know how we would manage without her. You can tell that she cares deeply for our family, especially my son. We were advised ahead of time that there may be times that they would be short staffed should our nurse need off or get sick. My family and I had a plan should this happen. The compassion the staff has shown has been amazing. Thank you Independence Plus!

This company has not been able to adequately cover nursing for my granddaughter who is on a ventilator. They make promises but they don't keep them. If you can't cover an area, just say so.
This company is a joke. Routinely leave us without coverage (even before covid). Had a nurse fall asleep on shift, pulse ox was alarming and we had to go in and wake the nurse up. Called and the woman in charge told me oh she was probably just resting her eyes . Try to get help from other people in charge and no one wants to take responsibility. Oh that s not my department
This company is a joke, horrible staffing. Lack of communication. That amada lady and Nancy who s in charge of insurance Billings have the most horrible attitude problems ever and I don t understand how they re still working there. Never ever getting supplies from here.
This is a company that is dedicated to providing the best care possible for medically complex, ventilator-dependent patients. Staff treat each other like family and everyone is passionate about the mission. Great place to work.
