Nice driving range, chipping area and practice putting green. I haven't played the course in several years but from what I can see it looks like it is in great shape.

I had been hearing so many great things about this...
I had been hearing so many great things about this course and had to experience it for myself. Unfortunately it was after a big rain fall. The course rules were walking or push cart and cart path only for push carts. Everyone knows cart path only takes longer, well now lets add push cart-cart path only. It was told to me by one of the course attendants that it had something to do with COVID liability. Didn't quite understand than one. So five hours, sore feet and back later we completed the round. Needless to say I would have enjoyed my round a lot better if we had a cart and played cart path only. Beautiful layout and I must admit the course drained well considering the amount of rain the night before. I definitely will be back, surely not the day after it rains.

In fantastic condition considering all the weather. The greens rolled perfectly true with good speed as well. If you want to play a premier track, give Independence a go. Staff are great and grounds are impeccable.

Immaculate golf course in perfect shape. Polite and friendly staff. Greens roll pure and true. May be a bit overpriced considering other courses around Richmond that are of comparable quality and considerably cheaper. That being said, no complaints about the condition of the course. Hope play it again sometime
