Very nice environment to learn new and challenging things. COO Mr Bryan is very professional person.

First of all, Don't get fooled by the company name. It is not even a company. It is a consultancy with 4 employees. They will hire only Indian students for unpaid internship or co-op saying that they will give you full time(full time they mean is consultancy with fake experience). There are only 4 employees in the consultancy and they are only good at sending stackoverflow links if you have any doubts. Their concerns towards security of any product they build is worst. If you don't believe my review please ask the products they are working on and see the user experience(Don't believe unless they show their name on the product). CEO is very good at manipulating you by his colorful words. Worst consultancy which targets needy Indian students and make them work for free in the form of unpaid internship and co-op. I repeat "CEO is a good manipulator and it is a consultancy which is not having any clients to get you a job".

I have been working with incipient for a very long time, and these guys are always been supportive and provide best business products. When we talk about User experience, they really understand the meaning of user-experience. I highly recommend them

I worked at Incipient for a few months as a Support Designer. Incipient has been an amazing resource for our app idea. Not only with development from napkin sketch but from a financial point of view. They are quick to point out foreseeable hurdles and offer ideas to get around them before you even get there. They understand the formulas for success and guided us from step 1. The communication has been superb, timely responses even on the weekends.

Working with this team has been a great experience, they use out of the boxing thinking their solutions with fast response time.
