Supervision is terrible, IT is even worse. Supervision only cares about how they look and not their employees. IT cant take blame for not knowing anything about in house or remote agents. Always blame equipment instead of actually fixing the problem. This company actually requested employees to review nice stuff about them. I would recommend anyone working here. Nothing is ever the company's fault it is always the employees. Also their IT has no training at all, only words they know is its the internet, its your computer, its your headset.
