During my first two years of ownership of a 2016 Montero Sport, I've always been asked by Evolander Taytay to leave the SD card of my AVT navigation system for a few days when I ask for update. This is plain waste of time and resources! I have repeatedly asked them if I can do the update online. They always answered, I can leave the SD card or bring it to inav office. I had it updated once (turned out it was not updated at all) and left the navigation outdated until May 2020. During the ECQ, I emailed inav Philippines regarding the update. They sent the update files immediately. I was able to update in a matter of minutes! Less than 2 months later, I asked them again for help to update to first quarter 2020. Again they were very helpful. I did the update in a few minutes. The after sales support of inav Philippines is great!
