Zero Balancing

During a Zero Balancing session at In Touch, Kay will use her hands to apply gentle pressure on specific points along your bones and joints while you lie fully clothed on a massage table.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology is another form of holistic therapy offered by In Touch that uses muscle testing as an indicator of imbalances within the body's energy system. By identifying these imbalances through muscle testing techniques such as Applied Kinesiology (AK), Kay can then work with you using various methods such as acupressure points or nutritional supplements tailored specifically for your needs.
Reiki Treatments
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing from within. During a Reiki treatment at In Touch, Kay will use her hands placed lightly on different parts of your body while you lie fully clothed on a massage table.
