Worst experience ever! Do not buy Fromm this company. Twice we had paid and had confirmation on a pool from here and twice the order was cancelled. No one from management or customer service will return our call.

Disappointed in customer service. Rude, disconnected our call and when I called back I was informed no supervisors were available to handle the issue. Never again. I'll spend a little more and go local.

Ordered a solar cover reel, when it arrived it had the wrong hardware kit. After 20 minutes on the phone trying to describe my issue and arguing they finally agreed to send me the right hardware. They also was gracious enough to say they would send me a $30 gift card to use towards a future purchase. Yay!!! Thats awesome.
2 weeks later I have yet to recieve my hardware kit or the gift card ( which I really dont care about). After another call and another 20 minutes on the phone I get another apology for the inconvenience and that they will look into it.
The run around I have gotten over this purchase has been a joke and their customer service is a joke.

In The Swim used to be so good and I ve used them for years. Lately service has been bad my last order took a month to arrive. This order has not arrived after a week. I called and each time I was told they d check, left me on hold for ten minutes then hung up. On the third call I was told chlorine is out of stock and they don t know when they ll get more in. I m very Dodd s pointed and dissatisfied. They used to be so good

In the Swim advertises "Satisfaction Guaranteed". What a bunch of BS. We bought an automatic pool cleaner that doesn't work properly and they refuse to refund our money because we used it. So, I'm supposed to know the item was defective without trying it? I've spent quite a few $$$'s at this place in the past, but will never do business with them again and I am spreading the word on websites and forums every where.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought 2 double innertube rafts from this company. We blew them up inside of our house the day before we were going floating and they lost air overnight, both of them. I contacted customer service And they told me they wanted to know what we bought that they couldn't look it up. It ended up taking 7-days back and forth from person to person. I never got any satisfaction From customer service and I'm stuck with two rafts that lose air

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two skimmer baskets and it took over a month to receive them. As such, I ordered them from another online vendor and received them within one week. I sent the two skimmer baskets back (had to pay $9 shipping to send them back) and received an email a month later stating that I had received a "partial refund". I immediately called and asked why I received a partial refund since the delivery took over a month and I returned them as soon as I received them. The girl put me on hold for about five minutes and came back on and told me I would be receiving the remainder of the refund and should see it on my credit card within 7 - 10 business days (which is ridiculous). After three weeks, I called back today and asked why I hadn't seen any credit on my credit card yet. After a short delay, the rep told me that they don't refund shipping and handling and that this policy is clearly stated on the website. I stated that they are charging shipping and handling for something that took over a month to receive. She stated that they have no control over shipping dates (even though they provide shipping times on their website that indicate 7 - 10 days if drop shipped from the manufacturer). I stated that someone should have called to tell me it was going to be delivered so late and she told me that I was the one responsible for following up on that (I get notifications from online vendors all the time when items are being delivered late). I then asked her why I was told that I would be getting a full refund and she continued to tell me that they don't refund shipping and handling charges. I finally told her to listen to my previous conversation and she balked at that when I told her I don't know the name of the person to whom I previously spoke... totally throwing attitude at me. I then said that a $9 credit must mean so much to them that they are willing to lose a customer for good and she mumbled something about it seems like it meit's a lot to me and said that she wasn't going to do anything if I was going to be rude with her. I told her that she hadn't seen anything cloe to "rude" yet and she again stated that I was being rude. I finally told her that she was full of $#!% and she hung up on me. And they probably wonder why they receive so many 1 ratings...
