I was recruited by IMS. What a mistake to respond. Here is the process...They contact you OUT OF THE BLUE... make you feel wanted and blow you up to get you to come in for an interview to help them with their experts. Then, they have you take their personality test which goes along with an interview with someone pretending to be friendly where they passive aggressively degrade you and tell you you are a POS not 100% dedicated to your career because you are a mother. Crappy company, crappy hiring manager. Run.
