Very polite, very fast load time. I think total I was probably there 40 minutes getting loaded. The driveway is small until you get around the back of the building, but this place is great in my opinion. First time ever being loaded there, and they were on it
If their SKLZ Pro Mini Basketball Hoop System (see pictures) represents the overall (poor) quality of their products I strongly suggest buying another brand of sports equipment! A solid steel rim would have significantly extended the life of the goal (4 months). Amazon incentivizes purchasing this SKLZ hoop system by promoting it as one of their "Amazon Choices" so they also share a portion of my ire. I vote with my dollars. Gave 2 stars because Implus/SKLZ honored their one year warranty - replaced rim w/o charge or hassle.
STAY AWAY. Ordered a pullup bar a month ago. Never shipped. They don't pickup the phone or respond via email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR SOMETHING THAT WILL NEVER COME.
The unload time and organization of this warehouse needs severe improvement. Drivers can sit here easily for 3-4 hours unloading. Not the safest to enter and exit onto the main road and into the facility. Staff and loaders are friendly and courteous so it has to be the organization and environment affecting the quality of service at this location.
2nd time here and it's was as perfect as the 1st, just how its suppose to be done check in get assigned a door get loaded bring out your paperwork and everybody goes about there day no time wasted

NEVER buy anything from this company. I have bought 3 pairs, when the first one fell apart they honored the warranty when they were shown what was wrong, they sent me a new pair that lasted for a year then fell apart. So I bought 2 more pairs for my shoes, I JUST bought them 2 months ago and they they were torn up, I walk A LOT because my car was stolen several years ago and I don't have the money to buy a cheaper one because all my money goes to paying for chemotherapy treatment and my dogs. We recently had an issue with a beach umbrella (first time it was used) that we received as a gift for Christmas. Our kids purchased it thru Amazon but the supplier was IMPLUS LLC. I can t say enough about the excellent service we received from Marrisa. She was very professional, thorough, helpful and prompt. We give her and iMPLUS 5 stars. It s rare to get such fantastic customer service!
