We recently had an issue with a beach umbrella (first time it was used) that we received as a gift for Christmas. Our kids purchased it thru Amazon but the supplier was IMPLUS LLC. I can t say enough about the excellent service we received from Marrisa. She was very professional, thorough, helpful and prompt. We give her and iMPLUS 5 stars. It s rare to get such fantastic customer service!
