Last year we sent two members of the Liberty team to attended the 2019 Impey 'We are Wetroom's' Installation Training Day at Pittodrie Stadium in Aberdeen.

Not really knowing what they would get from it, both came back raving about the day.

The training was very informative and educational, filled with great advice (and banter) to help take the sweat out of, maybe for some installers, trying something new.
Wetrooms can send a shiver down a bathroom installers back and perhaps something to be avoided for no reason other than the unknown or fear of leaks.
The training completely takes away that apprehension and breaks the installation down into bite size chunks. It's all very hands on and through working alongside the instructors and using the Impey products, it gives the installer first hand experience as well as creating familiarity with the process and the Impey materials. This will definitely help alleviate any concerns going forward.
Experience and familiarity breeds confidence, this confidence in the installation process and products can't help but be felt by the customer and will help you sell a shower room style that was maybe never an option in the past.


We now have four of our guys booked for Murrayfield 2020.

In November 2020 I was in need of a replacement trap for my Impey wet room. The plumbing engineers claimed that they cannot find the part. In desperation I contacted Impey and sent them the pictures of the required part. I had a call from Shaun of the Technical Support on the same day. He was amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Within 24 hours I had a package delivered to me. As I have limited understanding of taps and related subject I was so relieved to receive the caring and valuable advice from Shaun and his other colleagues while the work was being carried out.
This level of after sale service and customer care is exemplary. Everyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable and patient. They gave their advice with care and helped me enormously during a very difficult period.
I am delighted to write this review about Impey Showers and highly recommend them not only because of the quality of their products but also because of their commitment to customer care.

We have just got some great customer service from Adam at Impey who really helped our customer out as they had some dodgy builders who damaged a shower door profile and then left her in the lurch by walking off the job.

My tiler lost my shower trap insert. I managed to identify the trap as Impey Showers, spoke to Adam in Tech Support and sent a couple of photos. He identified the trap and posted the correct insert same day!
