Coram Showers Ltd Review

I have rung Coram Showers twice in a couple of years and each time, I've received extremely pleasant and helpful (like in the old days!!!) customer service! Thank you.

Great Service. Rang to enquire about getting replacement wheel runners for a four year old shower. No questions, no arguments, sent out to me same day no charge. Brilliant service, Highly recommend the enclosures we have had from this company and fast professional customer service.

Don't bother! Awful product and company! What they don't tell you is if you have a faulty shower tray (which we did - TWICE!) they will replace the shower tray but won't cover the cost of any damage they cause when doing so. We had newly More

I have a Coram Shower screen , which was fitted a fair few years ago I admit.
The seal that goes along the bottom has split , so I contacted the company via email as I was told , only to receive a call to say this is now a chargeable part ,which they have replaced foc over the years .
The lady said its covered by a 2 year guarantee but because I live in a hard water area it's not covered

Had a problem with the seal on a new bi-fold door I had fitted. When after fitting a new seal it still didn't work correctly, Coran sent out their service engineer who managed to fix the problem within 40 mins. Dead chuffed with customer service all free of charge.

Coram s Customer Service department went above and beyond in helping me to locate a replacement Coram door seal. The part was sent free of charge and my 20 years old shower looks brand new again!

For 14 years I've been fitting showers for my customers and Coram Showers are the best I have come across in my opinion. Have fitted various leading brands and lot of unbranded and Coram are my go to brand. I believe you pay for what you get and I would rather pay the extra and have Coram. Obviously with the amount I fit, I've had to contact Coram over the years, but I've never had anything concerning go wrong and the spares have always arrived quickly and I have got nothing but good customers who keep recommending me and my company.

Always been a great product but what is letting them down is their phone system, I was on hold for at least 10mins and when I actually got through the person I talked to could not help and I had to wait for a call back...

Poor customer service , very unhelpful , completely useless when it comes to after sales parts !

Bought a Coram shower tray that turned out to have 4 faulty leg sockets (attached to tray), problem with internal threads - the legs would not screw in. Bought tray from an online merchant, so Coram said they could not send replacement sockets direct and i had to go through the merchant. Why are you not standing by your product and keeping the end user happy?

Contacted the merchant, who ordered replacements. 10 days latter checked with merchant as had not arrived, don't know who was at fault but had not been sent. Days latter received 3 wrong sockets and 1 correct socket.

Enquired about some new runners for shower door that is a few years old. Return E mail within 4 minutes. New parts in post 2 days later, no charge. I usually never leave feedback, but deserved; as service was exceptional.

Customer care second to none, shower door bracket broken & replaced without any issues whatsoever, even when I ordered the wrong ones they duly sent the right ones - makes a nice change to praise customer service rather than slay it !!
