Good company on the whole. Not a great place to work, but definitely good. Transparency of decisions with higher management is OK. Recognition is also OK.
Went for interview, 1st round was good enough , the interview er asked everything from your resume. The 2nd round as if they have not seen my resume asked all the questions which I haven't worked on. They will provide snacks n water, it was ok.
