I recently utilized the services of this company for my title needs, and overall I found them to be average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, allowing me to quickly access the information I needed. However, I did find their customer service to be somewhat lackluster. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and the representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and was not particularly helpful. Additionally, the turnaround time for my title work was slightly longer than I anticipated. While they ultimately delivered the services I required, I felt that the experience could have been more efficient and professional. Although not exceptional, I would still consider using their services again in the future if necessary.
