Awesome experience with imperial inc for a piercing, very easy clean and professional. Piercer was lovely and very helpful with explaining everything as well as calming nerves. Will be back and will definitely recommend to a friend!

I got a few piercings in one day and I was a bit nervous, but the lady was so kind and patient and really made me feel comfortable when I needed to take a break. They seemed experienced and knew what to do in a certain situation which was nice. It is also nice to be able to walk in for a piercing. The reasons that i took a star off are because the jewellery is so ugly and i understand that it must be a certain metal and shape, but other places offer gold jewellery which is something that would be nice to have here. The studs are also so easy to lose, I would wake up with the ball missing and only the earring in which obviously made me panic a lot. My biggest issue however, is that the piercings were done on an angle. this means that it is hard to wear 2 studs as the backs touch and it was extremely hard to clean because the metal overlapped. Now I am stuck with diagonal holes which is a bit inconvenient and can be painful too. But for the price, it is not too bad. I think that if you are super nervous and don't mind paying extra, go somewhere else but if you are on a budget this place will be just fine.
Look no further for a great place for piercings, tattoos and tattoo removal. Dan has high standards for clean, professional services. Helpful advice and great consultation for any work you want done. I have piercings, tattoos and lazer each done here and the staff are awesome. Looking forward to more tattoos in the coming months.
I absolutely loved this place so much. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They explained the process thoroughly and clearly. I really really love my new piercing that I got from here, definitely an improvement from the last place I got another one. Will 100% be coming back to get more piercings! :)

My daughter and I got several helix and ear lobe piercings done and I am highly pleased with the whole way Dan and Mara guided us through the whole process. They are super helpful in monitoring the healing and providing after care. I highly recommend them.
