While I wasn't able to complete what I wanted to due to my budget being pulled out from underneath me, I have to say the staff were fantasticly helpful, and very understanding when I said I couldnt proceed!

We use ICE at least 3 times each year - as well as Ascot, Henley and the Epson Derby, they have also secured seats at sold out boxing and football events for our clients. Leon is your man - he will go all out to secure whatever you need!

I have been using Imperial Events for over 10 years and have been to some of the most amazing sporting venues in wonderful facilities with 5* service.
Every event is organised to perfection and I would not hesitate in recommending the team at Imperial.

Imperial are both customer and employee focussed, making sure that all events supplied are organised in a professional and very friendly manner. I attended Royal Ascot this year on two different days, on different hospitality packages and they were both superb.

Terrible company - constantly calling my office despite numerous requests to be removed from their database. If you need a company for an event then I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
None stop barrage of calls from this company despite repeatedly asking them to take me of their calling list.
Constantly call off of a withheld number. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week despite being told not to over and over.
I recenlty travelled to Paris on the Eurostar on Valentine's Day and attended Moulin Rouge. Wow! What a show and what an experience. All through the trip the ICE staff were on hand to help. Massive Brownie points with the Mrs, thank you ICE, and thank you to my salesperson Jo, she is lovely.
Awful company. Call you, pester you, abuse you, talk at you.........the worst.
Stay away from these guys. Del-Boy salesmen cold calling over and over and when something goes wrong they pull out the contract. Twice I have requested a refund for an even they cancelled twice and twice I get the same response- "Clause 10 states....."

Fielded a call from Christian as our directors do not take cold calls. Christian was arrogant to the point of ridiculous. If we wanted similar services we would go elsewhere.
Fantastic experience from start to finish.
I was contacted last year by a lovely lady call Jo, I was hesitant at first but my self and my partner are massive queen fans so the opportunity seemed too good to miss! Was our first corporate event and my husband's first ever concert. The food was delicious and the seats were outstanding!
The staff at imperial events was amazing they couldn't do enough to help you. Since finding this company we have done a further three events and intend to do alot more this year.

Most of these reviews with 4 5 stars on here are from the staff working in this company and not from customers.
If you're thinking about applying for a job here please don't bother. The people who do your interview and make you do a work shop just waste your time and in the end they don't even tell you if you have got the job or not instead they make you wait. I've been inside the building and the people working there were far from friendly. I believe the company is not diverse enough either.
I've rang this company before and they will keepannoying you to the core and keep calling you even if you have said no so many times , it's almost like they're begging you to do their service so they can make money and it wasn't a good experience being on the other end of the call. Half of the stuff they say are lies and will butter you up to convince you and in the end you'll be disappointed with the service.
Awful company. Event we purchased was not as sold - quote from staff "we said you walk past the champagne tent not you have access to the champagne tent you must have misheard us!". Rude staff particularly Rochelle and Joanne who lie saying they had scheduled calls with our director. They also refuse to take you off their list and do not stop calling. I would not book again with this company and find it hard to believe that reputable events such as Henley Regatta would want there name to be associated with Imperial Corporate Events. Avoid this company and all of their associated names like the plague!

We went on the Friday GOLD CUP DAY....the service was amazing....the Imperial Event's girls where so good at what they do.

Imperial is such an amazing, unique company to work for. I can honestly say it is a second family to me. A home from home. I wake up everyday and want to come into work. I have the most amazing and supportive manager and directors that just simply love and care for the company and each individual that works within it. My colleagues are great, everyone is always so welcoming and you always feel like you are in a great place when you are around them. We have some fantastic rewards and recognition. Sales do a great job and really care for each one of their clients. The events side is truly amazing the hard work and sheer effort put into every event is outstanding. All the other departments work so hard it wouldn't all come together without each individual person - I can not recommend Imperial enough in every way!!!
After attending a few events now with imperial events, I can safely say I would highly recommend this company.

I have been to a few events through Imperial such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Royal Ascot and Henley. In my opinion the events are well organised, fun, entertaining and definitely will be remembered for a life time!
The events team who accompany ICE clients will be there on the day going above and beyond expectations to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves and have everything they need.
In my opinion my trips never feel long enough.

I have been dealing with Imperial Corporate Events for 15 years now and done over 50 events in the UK and overseas and i must say ever single one has been amazing.. whenever i have had any problems they have been resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff are always fun and bubbly to speak to I look forward to the future events i have booked and many more to come.
I landed a trainee position at the Leicester office and was excited to start. I am not familiar with the area/train stations and made an error and took the wrong train on my 2nd day of work. It was an embarrassing but honest mistake on my part. I called up and told them what had happened. Asking if I could show up later with the day being unpaid or even move back my start date to a different training period so I do not interrupt their training process.
They responded with I think you re lying mate , How can you get the wrong train , I could have probably thought of a less embarrassing lie...
They further replied Don t even bother showing up . fair enough I made an error. But being called a liar, and responded to in that manner is horrible, the person I spoke to sounded deluded.
I do not understand how this company can say it is one of the best companies to work for. Even if it was polite I would have understood. Should be ashamed of treating employees like this.
I have been to the American GP, Abu Dhabi GP, the Fat Duck and most England 6 Nations games and every single time I have an amazing time - use of you want to have an amazing time doing hospitality.

I have been on several Imperial Corporate Events, and would just like to say how professional a company they are. From first contact, they promised me an experience of a life time, with everything I would expect from a perfect day out. They exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend if your thinking about booking an event, book with Imperial Corporate Events. I have never been let down.
We have privately purchased quite a number of events with this company. We have accepted the postponement of all events cancelled in 2020 except for one. This was to celebrate a 50th wedding. The item was sold to us when the sales advisor asked if we had any 'special family events' in the near future.... ICE even printed 50th wedding invites for us. We have made it clear - all along that this is a one-off event and not movable.
In the interests if fairness we have requested a credit note to be applied to another event we already have booked - but ICE have refused, stating that our rejection of the postponement means that they will simply keep all monies and not deliver any event at all!
We are utterly disgusted by their attitude, considering how much we have spent with them, and are now seeking to invoke a Section 75.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
Had a great experience with this company myself and my husband had a amazing meal at the Savoy in London followed by Tina Turner the Musical (it was simply the best (excuse the pun ) We had amazing seats and the show was brilliant. I will definitely go with Imperial again thinks we smoothly from start to finish.

To say they have been hounding me since using once is an understatement. I have asked to be removed from calling list over 20 times now and still receive almost daily calls. On the last call I have just received a guy named 'Spencer' at the end of the call said to me what a c u n t . Brilliant work guys!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Imperial corporate event's team. We attended Royal Ascot " The old Paddock" and were greeted by a lovely hostess with a glass of Prosecco who ensured that my party were truly pampered for the day. Had an excellent view of the races, superb meal and afternoon tea. The complimentary bar was well stocked and we managed to win a few pounds. Excellent event

Went to the Monaco Grand Prix in 2017 and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. We were looked after by Lisa, Jodie, Tilly and Gemma from start to finish. There were Imperial staff at Stansted directing us to check-in, on the flight itself, there to greet us at Nice airport to take us to our transfer, and then again when we arrived in Monaco to show us where everything was. 5 star service and can't wait for my next event!

Could not recommend these guys enough, absolutely sterling service every time! Used Imperial a few times last year to test the waters and have not been disappointed,. Just downloaded their events calendar and have been choosing which events I want to do this year. Looking forward to a year of being wined and dined!
No browns allowed , they only hire whites, 100's work there they are all white no brown person in sight. Unrealistic sales target that no one hits thats why they fire everyday and hiring everyday. Avoid these idiots. They keep ending up in court and facing large fines.
I purchased two trips with Imperial, they were good value. However, they refuse to move me from their telesales database, despite many many requests. Nice people on the people, but a hard core sales operation that gives me a call at least once every three weeks for the past 2 years.

Went to DWC last year, unfortunately couldn't go this year due to having a new born but will 100% be going next year. The events girls that go over with you are amazing, you're so well looked after!
I recently attended an event through Imperial Corporate Events and was extremely impressed. The package was 5* through out and the staff couldn't do enough for you to make the experience top quality. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be using this company for my hospitality packages in the future!
