The team always work so hard and always go out of their way for you. I always feel that we are in safe hands.

These people will not stop phoning me despite repeated requests. Have complained to IPO twice. If you search the name of this company you will find they have been convicted for fraud. Lovely people.

I have been on various events with Imperial Events. I have never had any problems even with overseas events. Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is by far the best event I ve been to. Everything was perfect the hostess girls are amazing and made sure the whole trip ran smoothly. Imperial is a fantastic company who go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.

AGHHHHHHH...Stop Calling me...have asked at least 20 times to be taken off their call list. We used them once for an event and they now hound me. Shouting, aggressive and persistent

Imperial carries shades of the days when Britain had an Empire and this organization is worthy of the name. They have a great feel for customer satisfaction and do their utmost to ensure that the experience will; be both pleasurable and memorable!

Got called by Simon - lied that we spoke last week to get through operator - when asked when we'd spoken hung up - lets hope the events are more professional than their staff or way of doing business. Personally I would never now use them despite having a huge entertainment budget to spend !!

Will not stop calling despite a request to do so *ages* ago. They "forgot" to tell me about their booking fees that are applied on top of their more-than-anyone-else prices so the only time I nearly booked with them I cancelled immediately. Please do stop calling.

These boys always call you on a no ID number, always a last minute special, loud, Long winded sales spiel.....can t get a word in edgeways......I m not a serial reviewer but these boys are cowboys and won t stop calling ...annoying at best! Avoid

Third time booking with Imperial. Very professional company couldn't fault anything. latest one was Henley royal regatta, fantastic service, brilliant day. Movie premiere for James bond the other year, couldn't of asked for any more, just as they said it would be speed boat down river Thames food and drink all included in the event then brilliant time watching the film at the Imax. 100% recommend this company for anyone wanting to book any kind of event.

I have never been on a corporate event before but I was given the opportunity to go to London to see Tina Turner The Musical and have a meal at the Savoy hotel. I found this company very helpful and friendly. I had a very good time and hope to use this company again in the future

I m a fairly new client to Imperial Corporate Events. My first experience with the company was Royal Ascot The Villiers this year. The ease of booking from start to finish was brilliant, from first contact with my account manager to a query just a couple of days before, all handled so proffesionally.What can i say it was everything i was sold and more, great hospitality, great atmosphere, great service and even had a few winners. Perfect facility for entertaining clients in a relaxed atmosphere. Already booked in for 2 dates next year, and looking forward to the rest of the events i m booked in for.I wouldn t use anybody else for my hospitality!!Great work Imperial Corporate Events keep it up!!

Shambolic and agressive cold callers; selling overpriced unsold seats

Avoid Avoid Avoid... Seems I m having similar experiences to the other 1 star reviewers, yet thankfully I didn t fall for the BS phone script Don t sign anything with them, don t send them money.

Ive been using this company for 15 years now.. always received and great service and plenty of amazing once in a life time experiences. Would defiantly recommend for any of your hospitality needs. Professional, effective and very customer focused.

When going to work doesn't feel like a chore, you know you're in the right place. I've been with Imperial for the last 12 months, and it's my first experience of working for an SME, but I've not looked back.
As colleagues, we're treated with respect and autonomy - we're growing at a rapid pace due to ongoing success, which brings with it opportunity for real involvement in the way Imperial Corporate Events moves forward.
It's fast paced and it's sometimes pressurised, but I've never felt more supported, recognised or rewarded for my efforts, and I know firsthand that my colleagues feel the same.
As a Recruiter, it's vital that I genuinely believe in the brand I'm representing, but here it goes deeper than that - I'm part of it, and I'd recommend that if the opportunity presents itself that you seriously consider being so to.

I had an amazing time at royal ascot, i don't often get to attend the events and im so glad i did, the restaurant was trackside and the hostesses couldn't do enough for me. And the event girls went above and beyond. I even had a few winners thanks to our guest tipster, I will definitely go again thankyou imperial.

The Imperial Team are always extremely helpful and the events are fantastic, I would not look to anyone else for my corporate hospitality.

Very annoying company, they constantly cold call despite no sign of interest. A quick search on LinkedIn shows that many of the positive google reviews acting as customers are in fact members of staff. Rather than listening to the true feedback and acting upon it, they obviously decide to fake a good reputation. Joke of an organisation

King George Day Saturday 2020
I am not happy with re-booking this event next year, I would like a refund, If an event is cancelled by the operator why don t I have the right to a refund, where are my rights to a refund. This is the second event to cancel and I feel that this is unprecedented circumstances ,Imperial events are not helping business with refunds and you are only looking out for Imperial.

I don t feel this is great service.

I have been on many events with imperial for a few years now. Each time I have been the service and experience has been 5* and had a great time. Adam, one of the account managers was always on hand to help and ensure that everything ran smoothly for us.

This company is listed for a fraud case in the 2012 Olympics. They are prolific cold callers that will not stop after you scream no! for the umpteenth time and a complete waste of our time, if I want your business I am capable of calling you. Their business model is based on new tech companies which in the long run simply don't produce valuable workers and crash/burn no wonder they offer ATOL they could be bankrupt any moment. The "Wolf of Wall Street" sales tactics that involve swearing and shouting are not professional, you claim to have the 'last ticket' but your co-worker Charles (AKA Spencer) who has the same identical voice will offer you the same 'exclusive deal' that you 'must buy now'. pfft

So many cold calls! I have emailed and called to request being taken off the list. But I still consistently get calls. PLEASE STOP!

Bloody awful! I have had 4 different people from this company cold call me all with the same patter "we have had a cancellation for Royal Ascot and have tickets at 50% cost due to the original client paying 50%... blah,blah,blah". They call either with mobile numbers or no called ID and don't give up

A really energetic company, who cares about the clients experience for all events that are attended.

I have worked here for 4 years now. Having done many other jobs, I cannot imagine working anywhere else! It's fun, vibrant and full of incredible people, from the top to the bottom.

I have worked for imperial now for over 10 years.

i booked in 2019 with this unknown to myself fraud company for an event for 2020. Obviously due to a worldwide pandemic (someone kindly inform them) this was cancelled. They point blank refused to refund me and moved my event to 2021. I have never experienced such rude, obnoxious services. Anyways its now 2021 and i am now being advised that again my event is cancelled and LOW AND BEHOLD it is being moved to 2022 and a refund is not even an option!! Its actually comical. Who on earth would ever book an event two years in advance. We are now perusing legal action.

Had numerous calls from Katie at Imperial who will not discuss with me the reason for calling my company, she will only speak to one of the other directors! She has today, hung up on me because that's easier than answering what she wants. This company is clearly hard sales based and not customer service dependant. Went to Monaco Grand Prix and it was one of the best events I ve been on, very smooth process

Let me tell you something. This company REFUSES to stop calling you after you've told the same caller numerous times that you want nothing to do with them. They are the single WORST cold-calling company in the UK period. Do not accept any Linked-In requests from them or you're literally banished to cold calls forever. You'll hear " Last minute Royal Ascot tickets" as soon as you pick up the phone. The staff are trained to ignore the customer despite requests to stop calling. It is like they suffer from amnesia. You will be stunned how the same person calls you day after, even though you've told them numerous times to stop. It is illegal & immoral practice. Whoever runs this company needs to be brought into court. The 5 star reviews are by their own staff. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I have booked with Imperial events on several occasions now and I will continue to do so in the future. They make things really easy and are always offering me unique and exciting events to take clients to or to enjoy at my own leisure. They offer great prices and get things sorted nice and quickly which gives me the confidence I won't miss out on the top events I want to go to. Thanks again!

I have had to take this company legal in order to get a refund!!

Greed got the better of them and their ignorance to this worldwide pandemic in which people have LOST LOVED ONES is appalling and unforgiving. Surely if you had refunded your customers as per all other reputable companies without a doubt they would have re booked with you in the future. All you have done is ruin your own reputation.

Only events company not to refund during these unprecedented times.
Very quick and pushy to take your money! Zero customer service, they have been rude and arrogant over email. I have asked numerous times what credit protection is in place in case they fold and not one response. First and last time i will ever use this company! Absolutely disgusting.

Unreal experience at the Abu Grand prix
Highly recommend doing this for not just the GP but for the Concerts, Winter sun, and stunning Hotel.
Loved it.

I have been working for Imperial for 11 years now and been on various events over the years. Lots of hard work goes into them from the very beginning to very end by all Departments in the Company striving to make amazing experiences for the Clients and their guests. On a personal note, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and Moulin Rouge in Paris are my favourite events. The Event Operations Team are there throughout which is really reassuring and they definitely are a huge part of the experience.

Do not go anywhere near this misleading set of crooks.

Booked a races event, which I had to pay a deposit there and then, otherwise "the places will have gone". I reluctantly agreed.

I "had to sign the forms asap and return" which I did. Sadly things changed shortly after booking, which prevented me from going to the event. I can understand in this scenario I would lose my deposit and to be fair was advised that also, which I understand and that part isn't a problem. What I wasn't advised is to cancel the event you are asked to stump up 50% of the total cost of the event, which is a considerable amount to lose. Fair enough if this was made clear I probably wouldn't have booked and if it was within a few weeks of the said event fair enough I'd expect to lose more than a deposit, however I cancelled with 8 months to go before the event.

After numerous attempts of contacting this bunch of crooks with failed calls, I now have a solicitors letter which states cheekily "They have made several attempts to contact me".

It seems like company policy to use sharp and misleading practices.

I've been dealing with Leon at ICE for over 12 months now and am always impressed by his knowledge and customer service. Leon knows the events that I am interested in and always makes sure that I am aware of the best deals at the right time. I'm looking forward to Windsor Races and the Ashes in the next 6 months booked with them. Would absolutely recommend!

Horrific awful company. Won't stop calling, yes Marco, I'm talking about you. Keeps using different company versions, thinking that they are so clever. My boss has had big rows with the boss of this 'company' who laughed at him and basically said they wouldn't stop calling. Worse kind of company EVER.

This company refuses to stop phoning even after years of saying 'Remove me from your calling lists" - they're cowboys and don't even offer a great service - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Really friendly staff and a great service. My guests were amazed at the quality and organisation of my event. I find it annoying that people have given 1 star reviews over minor things.
I found that the service provided was flawless.
I have organised several events with different companies in the past and none have lived up to the standard of service provided by Imperial corporate events.

Always go back to Imperial Corporate Events. Maria always accepts a 'No' with good grace and an outrageous laugh. When we do book every event is top notch, pre-event communication excellent as are staff at venue. Speakers at sporting events always the real deal, such as Martyn Williams prior to the Six Nations......

Fantastic Company, I have worked with Imperial for a number of years attending Royal Ascot, Henley Royal Regatta & the International Rugby. Each Event has been wonderful and the customer service is second to none.

I have been using this company for 4 years now, the events they do are outstanding and highly professional.

Having worked at Imperial now for just under 6yrs i have had the pleasure of going on several events. The latest one was Tina Turner the musical and it was absolutely outstanding the service at the Savoy was impecable and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend a theatre show with Imperial 100 percent.

My cousin took me to Ascot with him and was amazing - I recommend to all of my friends

The events are OK. But you try to stop them calling you. I have asked them more than 10 times over 8 years to not call me anymore because I changed jobs- but still they call. One of their people joined a new company and called me in the same way. Where did he get my number from? I've now complained to the TPS and wonder what the GDPR implications are? The events are good, but....

Worked here for 11 years now. It s an amazing place to work been on numerous events now but I ve got to admit my favourite was the Abu Dhabi gp. I always wanted to stay at the Atlantis and it literally blew me away. What a place ! The girls that look after us on our trip we flew out with , I can t even tell you how good they where! they made it run as smooth as possible. Many more years to come and events. I can t wait. I love my job !!

If I could give no stars I would. I paid for an event back in August 2019, Which was due to happen in July 2020. Due to the pandemic it didn't go ahead. In the March 2020 they informed me that if I didn't transfer to the following year in 2021 then I would lose the large sum of money I had already paid. That was my only option, no refund, and no using the funds to transfer to another event. I accepted in the hope 2021 would go ahead, however it is not and they still refuse to give me a refund or use the balance for a different event, they are suggesting again it can only be moved to 2022. It is honestly the worst customer service I have experienced and would never use them again. They would of been making interest on my businesses money for nearly three years by the time the event comes around. It is disgusting.

Fantastic events with a world class team looking after you. Wouldn't want to be on a hospitality event with any other company.

Cannot say enough good things about this company.
The service provided by the staff at the events I have attended have been fantastic. They really do seem to go above and beyond to ensure that their customers have a great time and I would not want to book with anyone else.

I have worked at imperial for since 2008 and have been to a lot of our events. My favourite event is the Royal Windsor Races with dinner at The Hinds Head Restaurant and champagne cruise. Great food, horse racing and a champagne cruise what s not to like...?

Attended my first event with Imperial, fantastic day. The event was awesome and the Imperial team were absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be looking to more of their events.

Working at imperial is a new and exciting experience every day, lots of company benefits and I ve also had the privilege of attending the theatre to see only fools and horses and a meal at the savoy grill which was a delight from start to finish, great food and lots of choice on the menu, cocktails and wine included! And the seats to see the show were second to none! All in all a fantastic experience!

Awful company, complete wasters and charlatan sales people. Be AWARE of what they do not tell you and make sure you do not sign anything as they slyly add on service fees after selling you their products.

MISSELLING IS CLEARLY SOMETHING THEY DO WELL AT.

Dreadful company. Had the worst experience with them. Tried to contact their office to request a cancellation and was hung up on countless times.

AND NOW, they have the cheek to call me at least 4 times per week trying to sell their CHEAPEST EVER tickets due to a cancellation.

Avoid like the plague.
