Help mein finding the reviews about imperia,I am planning to go live for their H2o upcoming project in noida extension ,In which they are promising to give 14 % asssured returns every month,I am not sure ,Shall i go with this group or not,But if any one hav bad or good expirence ,Kindly ping here and give me a kind minute to guide me to the right way.

Even one star is more than enough for these fraudsters..they are seriously bunch of sardar thugs... May my curse shower on its top management..Mr. batra, Mr.shekhar and every employee giving five star rating here to lure their customers..

I invested in Imperia Bandhan. Interest amount cheques given by them are being bounced now. Nobody wants to tell the reason of this and don't want to talk regarding this issue from Imperia.

They all are bunch of cheaters and moreover have strong tie ups with politicians and legal . Once you invest with them just forget about your hard earned money. You will never get sny returns and moreover legal process will also not help.

Another rogue company in real estate business. Imperia Structures has been systematically sucking money from unsuspecting investors with its glossy advertisement and a bunch of insensitive agents, never delivering its promises and commitment. Stay away from this company.

Imperia group is not a good group. I have booked a shop in its Elvadore project, guraon in Oct. 2012. Payment paid 35% . Work has not started as yet . No body is responding from Imperia while Trying through Telephone and even they don't reply of mails. I am afraid that It may be another JP or Amarpali grroup. Beware new booking seekers.

A builder who enjoyed a good reputation but unfortunately have let down his investors by delaying the projects way beyond the deadline. The rate of return to their investors is presently negative. Hope they make up for their mishandling of their projects.

Dodgy real estate developer. Has stopped paying the return on investment to it's investors for the past 20 months. It's across the board for all it's projects.

I am waiting for my refund for almost 2 months against my booking in imperia ashiyara but no reply.

I am a private investor and I invested in 3 projects by Imperia Structures. Without a doubt, my profits from these projects have been the best and biggest. Imperia is a big name and this is not without a reason. The company is actually very good and is delivering the best of projects. Invest in Imperia and you will never regret it.

Very versed experience , booked Flat in mirage project in 2014 , 5 year has been gone, work complied till date only 25%, how can we believe.

Total Non Professional Behavior from the builder and it's staff, no body is ready to take any responsibility, and never responsive. Feeling bad i am stuck in their projects. Bad Experience from the Builder.

Imperia had launched Esfera in 2011 and still the possession is pending. Project is managed in very unprofessional manner. Bad builder, pathetic experience.

Just one word: unprofessional,.do not invest in their projects..they will run away,they neither pick phone nor reply on msgs/mails.Enjoying their life on our investment

I have booked a flat in Mirage homes in Imperia structures ..they have quoted one price and after the initial demand letter the price is hiked by 400rs per sqft
literraly they cheated company..they generalt deal with mediator agencies like investors guru..now i cancelled the flat and no guarantee of the interest earned on the 10% of the booking amount
I suggest not to go for this imperia structures. Imperia boast themselves as 25years old established blah blah ..seriously they are not trustworthy ..looks they make money from the dedcuted amount from the cancellations and the interest earned on the money ..I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM

They have no solution for imperia H2O. Money taken in 2012, no return till date 2019...

Its very hard to get the response from Imperia. They will follow you very seriously till the time you have not booked with them. After that very hard to get response. Can Senior Management look into this.

Booked a shop in Imperia Bandhan through RAMP Infratech. Return cheque is bounced now. Kamlendra is not picking the calls as usual. B. Ramneek is talking rudely. Who is answerable? No Idea. At the time of booking they speak very softly and now speaking rudely. If the same way they talk while booking then no customer will do any booking. Don't invest in any of their project.

Imperia Structures Ltd is not known to keep its promises. We are in courts against this company as it has chosen not to honour its commitments. It is advised to all to keep away from this company. Its management is well versed in screwing gullible investors.

Imperia structures has the best infrastructure you can work on. As a sales intern, I got to learn more than a normal employee. I had a short stint here but I got to learn a lot. The company has an awesome assembly of professionals who ace their respective fields. Moreover, they are always happy to help.

Hi, I am planning to buy a 2 BHK flat and in regard of the same; I have contacted with one of Imperia Structures broker and found very budget flat with awesome facilities....... I am thinking to go with the Imperia structures ltd only...for the flat.

This is a fraud group don't ever iinvest in this group.. U will repent & ur money will go in fix... I am one of the victim. We have the list of minimum thousand people who are suffering & we have filed a case against Imperia. So pl pl pl don't invest in Imperia.
