These guys take good care of our copier needs. I called and ordered a Waste Toner replacement and they were out of stock. They ordered me one and it got delayed so as soon as Mike found out I would be waiting a little longer for the replacement he sent a Technician out to our office to empty the one in the machine so we would be able to continue using our copier while we waited for the new one to come in. Excellent customer service. They definitely went the extra mile to put us back in service. Thank you!

Steve Kofford came and helped us with our printer needs. He was really knowledgable and very helpful. He answered all our questions and stuck around for a while troubleshooting. Highly recommend.

If you never want your copier working go with these guys. They smell like cigarette smoke "if" they come to try to fix the problem. Horrible company.

I work at UHaul of Utah and we love Ray Rizer. He has been servicing our equipment since 1999. We only want him to service our printers. He is very friendly, and he always makes sure we are taken care of. He fixes our printer quickly, and makes sure we are up and running.

The technicians they have are okay. Even though they usually stink of smoke. I had the service manager try telling me they were selling me a brand new copier even though the page count and all the stored emails said otherwise.
