David Fowlks was our service technician today at the Salt Lake campus of UCMT and we were SO pleased with his service! He arrived in timely manner and was super friendly! He was very helpful and remedied our copier issues; he was even willing to help walk us through parts of the process that we had questions about. David is awesome! :-) Thanks!
