Only suggestion I'd make is that whoever is running the pyro-science show needs to give a warning before hand that they'll be explosions and loud noises, for the sake of children with sensory overload sensitivity. When I was there I saw plenty of parents that had to take their children away frightened, scared or crying. My child asked to leave frightened after the second explosion. So we couldn't enjoy the rest of the show. Besides that, the place is awesome.
A great family place. The kids love it. Season pass is the way to go.
This is a great science museum. This is a surprising attraction in Toledo. Unlike some other children's museums, this one has exhibits that are great for adults has well. The food is also reasonably priced as well. We stopped here last year, late in the day and ended up making the trip back to Toledo just to visit this museum. Admission for kids is $11 and $9 for adults. The exhibits are first rate and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. A must see if you have children.
It is one of the best hands on museum type for kids. Have nice science shows explaining the key facts in a kids friendly way. But food court here is not good.
This is always a great family activity! Be sure to ride the bike, catch a science show, have a yummy snack in the cafe, and take a walk along the river.
Great experience for our family, lots of fun stuff to do. Will hopefully be back soon.
Great place for the whole family to learn have fun! It is one of our favorite places to go!
This Place Is Amazing!
Went Here For A 4th Grade Field Trip 2 Years Ago And Let Me Tell You It's Great Worth The 1 I Hour Trip To Michigan To Ohio!
Everything there is nonstop fun I didn't wanna leave.
The Balance Bike,The Drop Pad,Scream Mic And Alot Of Other Stuff! I Recommend You Come Here!
The kids had a great time. The dinosaur exhibit was OK, but I really wouldn't pay (on top of admission) to see it again.
Went so my kids could see the 19000 ball drop. Adults weren't told to step back so the children could see so they missed everything.
Took my daughter here at least twice a month for years. Definitely recommend a season pass til about age 7. Hands on! She dissected a cow eyeball with safety scissors Love the science shows.
Grandkids loved it, so many things to do and explore. Clean, safe and well run, nice staff.
Always an adventure...all three of our granddaughters love it every time we go
We had a great time with our 5th grade class. Lots to do that entertained both the adults and kids.
My son loves it here! There's so much to see and learn about! Will definitely keep coming back
It's fun for all ages and all the workers were very nice.
The kids really enjoyed themselves. We went on a day with an event so it was crazy but we were still able to get to everything and have fun.
Great place for kids to explore and have fun. I'll be going back again, my kids loved it
2.5 year - old didn't want to leave. Tons of fun activities that are also very educational, particularly for older kids. We spent most of our time in the Kids area and dinosaur exhibit. At my daughter's age it was more play than learning, but there still were interesting science concepts we could introduce to her. I wish we lived closer to Toledo and could go more. After 2 hrs she still didn't want to leave.
Fun place for the whole family! Plenty of activities and hand on exhibits to keep you busy during the day
Fun for kids of all ages! Even while under construction there was plenty to do
Our family had so much fun at Imagination Station! There are many exhibits and activities for kids of all ages. The little kids loved the play area, and the bigger kids really enjoyed the science exhibits. Highly recommended!
What a great learning experience for kids and big kids alike!
This is another fun place the hole family...
And kids get in free on Saturday if ur a Lucas country resident.
It was fun a few hours of fun. But the theater sim us not worth the $2
David Garibaldi's live art performance was incredible...
Love this place. Great place to take the kids. Educational and entertaining. Just don't accidentally leave your purse in the stroller you parked in the 'stroller parking zone.'
A very educational and fun place for both kids and adults. Lots to do and experiment with in a truly hands-on environment that is always changing and kept up to date. It includes a gift shop and soon to have a theater for scientific presentations. Easy access and parking available across the street. We love taking our young children to different science centers, zoos, and museums around the country. So Toledo's Imagination Station was one we had not visited yet.
I have grandkids of many ages and theres something for all of them. We love going!
We are from Columbus and this place puts COSI to shame! Absolutley amazing and so many interactive things to do for all ages. I'm hoping we can come back and stay longer. Very satisfied with my money spent it was well worth it. :)
We loved it! We didn't quite make it through everything. That gravity room. Whoa. I mean whoa. The science show they put on was absolutely amazing!
I was in Toledo for a getaway with my girlfriend and we weren't ready to go home yet, so we stopped by here for an hour or two. I've never seen her act like this, a kid, before. We had a great time.
Enjoyed the scout workshop! Organized, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Will return for future workshops.
Nice museum for kids. It's not as big as the one in Detroit but still nice to go to. Employees were all really nice and helpful. The food court had a nice variety of foods and prices weren't bad either. Kids all had really nice time.
My child would go here everyday if he could. We gave him the choice of any place he wanted and he chose Imagination Station. There is so much to do. There is a pretend area where your child can be a firefighter, work or shop at a grocery store, be a doctor or a nurse. Then there areas where they learn about science, music and use their creative skills. Not one single boring moment.
We took our grandson to the Pokemon event last night from 5-7. He had so much fun and so did we! We caught pokemon all over the building and also enjoyed the exhibits. Hope you will be doing this often, if so, we will be there!
Good Morning Sir/Ma'ma,

Great place to take my daughter for all kinds of learning experiences. I recommend the one year pass it comes with parking and pays for itself after two or three visits.
Great place for children from 2-16 years old. Plently of things that leads a childs imagination and play also. Plenty areas of family opportunities to use various types of "play stations"
We always have fun. There are lots of exhibits for all ages. Everyone in the family can enjoy themselves. The fries were good in the cafeteria.

I almost didn't go but when I found out how low the price was compared to COSI I decided to give it a try. I took my girlfriend and my 4 year old girl. We had a blast there was something for all of us to do! The extra attractions were only a buck and there was no cost to park near by. Tickets are only $10 and $8 for my child. This is a great winter time activity with lots to do! There is enough to keep you busy for 4 to 5 hours. The staff went out of there way to make our time the best it could be you can tell when people love there job and these people did. Only own side other than a main attraction the rest hasn't changed much from when it was Cosi.
Amazing place to learn and have fun. A great hands on experience. Try the SIM Theatre
Imagination station is a good learning place. Lots of experience in Science and trial and error.
Darling Science museum, particularly for young children! Great play/imagination area!
So much fun. So many things to do. Next time we will plan a whole day to spend here instead of only a few hours.
Times flies by here, great indoor place for kids to burn off energy and imaginations.
Great experience, sim theater was a big hit. Glad we got the membership
Nice place to take kids for a potentially educational experience.
The perks for being a tax payer that helps support this institution are not very good.
Absolutely amazing and fun, but the staff sucks and ignores you. We were there yesterday and had workers ignore us/flat out not acknowledge us several times.
We were trying to buy something in the gift shop and were there for probably 10 minutes without anyone even in the shop. When she finally appeared she rung up my things and told me my total. No other exchange of words.
The same thing happened in the cafeteria. Two people were working on the fountain drink machine, the lady said she'd be with us in a moment. Another two walked out from the back room/kitchen area, looked at us, and kept walking. Finally someone came to the counter (not the fountain drink lady) and we paid for our food, but there was no apology for the wait or a "hello how are you?" We were going to order a pizza but were tired of waiting, so we took a few crusty pieces from under the heater.
Another encounter in the kids space grocery store, a worker came in to fix the scanner on the check out lane. My 3 year old walked up to him to see what he was doing and he didn't even acknowledge her. Didn't even look at her. She asked me what he was doing and he still acted as if she didn't even exist.
It's a very fun place for kids of all ages, but the staff needs some work. They need to acknowledge the people around them. It's not that hard to say hello or I'll be with you soon.
Not inclusive.. they are having a girls only stem event. That s sad, boys need to be equally as encouraged that way even boys interested can have strong women around them to look up to. I don t see you having any boys only events so why be so uninclusive to begin with? People have more than one child, often each gender. I just think this is setting a bad example and is a horrible move on your part. Won t be back to a place who doesn t include boys/men too. I see it happening all over, more kids shows showing that girls can be doctors which is great and all but there are 0 that show boys can do it too. We are going to fall apart as a society unless it s made equal.
I remember visiting this place when I was a kid in school during field trips and loving it. Now , years later, I'm able to share it with my family! The facility is fantastic, the exhibits are super informative, and my family loved it. The only thing that was disappointing was the cafeteria. They closed the grill about an hour before the science center closed and the options that were left available were about gas station quality. Overall a great way to spend a day.
The family and I had a wonderful time visiting. Plenty of different things for the children to see and experience to keep you there for quite a long time. Staff was very friendly and the live presentations were very informative.
Need to be at least 8 or 9 and understand some science basics but fun for the whole family
