I don t usually write reviews but I have to say, I had a great experience with this centre. Due to COVID, I was considering cancelling my exam as written base was not available. I spoke to a lady there and she provided me with information on the computer based exam and eased my nervousness around sitting my examination. I managed to get good results and felt confident and well informed prior to entering the premises. Thanks to the team at the centre for making this a great experience!!

Had a nice experience while visiting this place. Great customer service provided by the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend to visit this location for your IELTS test.

I just call to the center regarding my IELTS booking cancellation, and the staff gave me a very good response and also they told me about the process and I found it very helpful.

Test location in london, ON was nice. Staff was helpful and easy to communicate. I feel like mississauga office is just holding TRFs for few extra days so they can make their clients pay extra money on the name of express shipping.

These guys do not respond to any calls or emails. Since the tr to pr pathway has been announced, ILTTS has delayed all deliveries of TRFs. It's been more than 20 days since my ielts result was announced and I am still waiting for my TRF.

I gave my IELTS general exam at this location. It was a very convenient location and the seating arrangement was also good. I really appreciate that they have best in quality equipment for IELTS online exams. There was no issues on any aspects of my exam process. Moreover, staff is highly professional and experienced. Overall my experience at ILTTS IELTS Test Centre was wonderful.
Later on, I came to know that they provide individual training also for IELTS. I will definitely refer them if someone wants to give IELTS exam. It is one of the best IELTS test center I know.

I had a wonderful experience at this centre. Vasundhara is a great instructor who was very knowledgeable in preparing students for the IELTS exam. Her sessions provided excellent coaching, practice, and insight regarding the structure of the exam.

I tried contacting them regarding my IELTS test as I had some questions! My calls weren't answered for two days straight. I could finally reach them on the 3rd day. But, the staff was rude. I haven't seen something like this. Number of registrations and calls are understandable but being rude is not.

They never reply to your emails or phone calls.
I have been calling and sending emails continuously to cancel my test, but haven't received a reply yet.
I think they are scamming their customers so that they don't have to return the refund. Very disappointed!

I had been trying to contact them for more than a month now, to cancel my exam.. they don't return emails or answer calls.. the exam is cancelled but I haven't recieved my refund still.. it's been OVER A MONTH NOW!! and the worst thing I paid twice by mistake.. 325 x 2!!
So disappointed!!!
