I been calling about my online order and no response! Very unprofessional!!

Kaleidoscope had the best customer service I've ever experienced.. I emailed and called concerning my online order and they responded quickly. I even called the shop and I didn't get an answer but the first thing the next morning they called back which other companies never did! I will be shopping with them again!!

I placed an order during a sale on January 3. On January 16 I was emailed about my order being shipped & provided a tracking number. However, my order never moved out of that status up until February 13. I contacted customer service & was told that my order "stalled" & they can ship or refund me. No apology! They still go a long way. I don't trust brands that create shipping labels & forget to actually ship the product while holding my money. NEVER AGAIN!

Has anyone experience itchy scalp when using this product? It feels good too the scalp, my scalp itches a lot. My mom says it's because it's working helping your hair to grow. The reason for me using it, is because of my itchy scalp. I'm allergic to everything, but otherwise it's working really well, maybe my mom is right and I'll buy more. Next is edge control.

I've been here twice and it was the best experience. My first time I was too scared to even go and I'm not sure why I was.This salon has the BEST employees because they interact with you as if y'all were friends forever! The quality of my experience with both hair and makeup was phenomenal! I will definitely make this place my #1 salon!

I purchased my product from a hair store and I am very please with the results I am seeing. Lost all my hairline front and back due to stress and now I am seeing my hair growing back and to its thick state.. I hope this product is not something temporary because it really works..

I've never been to the salon but I have ordered Kaleidoscope Products and it has restored my hair tremendously!! My favs are the Shampoo/Conditioner and Miracle Drops!! I had no issues with shipping and handling even when I lived in Japan for 2 years!! Being in another country, my hair suffered greatly unfortunately. But since using the products for the past 2 years, my hair is restored and healthy again!!! Thank you so much Judy and staff!!!

they so ghetto and rachett on the phone when you call and i still haven't got my tracking number and i placed my order on cyber Monday and still haven't seen a tracking number or got product. They are not professional at all so please don't waste your money or time i'm about call my bank so i can get my money back.

I love goin to kaleidoscope my hairstyles is Byron an he does a wonderful job every time.... but one thing I can say is Big booty Judy is about her money lol but u got to respect her for that

Bought this product twice and the product is inconsistent. The first time it smelled of peppermint and tea tree oils. You could even feel a tingling sensation and I saw and felt results. Second time around it was watered down in my opinion. One thing I don t like is experiencing something great to be followed up with a watered down product. I reached out to costumer service and they were no help. One line response and no apology. 40 bucks in the drain. Next.

I bought the products 2x no results, dm the owner about a consultation or if anyone could contact me about the products, to see if i was using them incorrectly, no responses & the owner always posting good results, will not respond or have team members to contact you about the issuse ones have with her products & if you respond on her social media you'll be called a hater for asking questions.

Well I loss a lot of my edges do to my installed lacefront.I started using this product mid January so about a month and a week now..I took a picture for the journey. I must say I have seen progress already.I use twice a day.I got the drops out of a beauty supply in Texas.I will keep using and take my pictures and will give another review soon.

I've been a Kaleidoscope consumer for a little over a year! The quality of service is phenomenal. The staff there has always been very welcoming from the start. The character & personalities of all the many talents in this one space gives you this "I'm at home" feeling. The cleanliness & organization is comforting. The time they take with you while giving you service is outstanding & soothing after a long day. I'm a consumer of all the products & services. The laughs, the care, the consideration, recommendations, relaxation & fun that comes with their service is pure.. something as simple as a conversation amongst two people can become advice & guidance towards your dreams in this shop. It's not just your average shop! There's not another place I'll go..

Had a problem with my order but they fixed it with no problems.

I used the drops and they burned my scalp!! I am natural and is locking my hair so there are NO other products in my hair!! I stopped using before because i wasn t a 100% sure but this last week pretty much confirmed what I knew from the jump... The PRODUCTS ARE NOT NATURAL!!
