Wow. Where to start. No amount of words can best describe how thankful we were to have had Frank as our agent but I will attempt to do this experience justice. My partner and I were on the market for our first home and had no idea where to start; so of course, like any amateur, we started out broad and unrealistic about our expectations. Frank was patient and understanding from the start. In hindsight, I'm not sure how he didn't run screaming from us considering how indecisive we were, yet Frank went above and beyond, taking it upon himself to provide us with everything we needed. Over several months, Frank worked with us around busy schedules, and all manner of challenges. Frank's professionalism, expert knowledge and abundance of experience make him exceptionally qualified. Though I'd say these qualities are complemented by his compassion, relationship building, and sense of humor. He was encouraging throughout the entire process. Every home buyer has those deflating moments when they miss out on a gem in the market, but Frank was right there with us, in empathy, grounding us in the larger picture.

Communication; this is crucial! Frank was completely transparent with us, maintaining frequent and prompt follow ups, tailored to our style and preferences. His honesty was refreshing...Frank was -- frank! (had to do it)

Readiness; prompt and prepared for all outcomes. The materials he prepared for every single viewing was much appreciated and kept us as informed along the way. He was also more than capable in all areas of interest. We saw homes in almost every suburb surrounding Chicago. He was as familiar and up to date on each city. Even the most obscure things (wacky city policies!). Which is clearly a testament to his wide experience.

Educational; Frank was able to effectively convey even the most confusing of concepts to us in laymen's terms. He also has the most discerning eye for even the smallest of details, pointing out things we never would have noticed (saving us from many potential headaches) and explaining why something was far from ideal. Lesson point: glamor isn't everything! Not to mention he's an invaluable resource for home improvement in general.

Energy; Frank displayed enthusiasm, attentiveness and alertness during each interaction. Incredible considering how many 10 home viewings we marathoned in a single day!
