I literally been calling them a whole week stright from open to close every 5mins.... Didn't get not one answer or a call back. Now I have to go in there. Don't call this office it'll be a waist of time trust me, you have to go in.

We had a great experience. The intake gal was very nice and professional. Recognized my wifes condition and helped expedite our case. The case worker was able to figure oit our problem immediately and we were literally saved by the bell. Very blessed to have there compassion during these times.

Calling never works and that is because they are understaffed. Wednesday they don't see clients to get paperwork done. I have never had a problem. You bring in your paperwork and even sometimes they will look up work info for you. This is the best one I have been to. Go in on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays. Best times if you need to go in on a Monday then you will just wait longer. But most likely at least 30 mins if not busy. If busy then 1 hour at least. Recommend asking if you can just hand in the change info. If filling out a new application you can do that on line also. But if you have a open case just bit the bullet and get in there some how. That is the best info I could give.
I provided all the documents on time. Didn't got any reply after that and today I got notice of denial from them. This is ridiculous and I don't know what to do in this situation.
