Beth did a very professional and comprehensive assessment of my injury and clearly explained and demonstrated the exercises that I should do to help me fully recover. She supervised me when I was doing the exercises and printed out directions with illustrations of the exercises.
I wish to put -1. But I cannot. Customer be aware. In my case, they promised to re-fund my bill as soon as insurance will pay the claim, but they took money and somehow forget to send claim or to check that claim was delivered to my insurance. Basically my insurance had no clue about that visit and any claim more than 1 month, until I didn't start to dig into that mess. And that service even don't care about till I called them dozen times. And finally when I asked them to re-send (after 1 month) they said that they don't know when they will be able to do that and that nobody can give me the answer... So still waiting...
Really well explained visit. Left me with understanding of the process moving forward. Called early the next day with MRI results. alleviated a few concerns immediately, all I had to do was ask the questions.
This is the worst place I went to. Beacuse I work at the nursing home I couldnt get the therapy!!! Dont go there!!! This is unbelivable !!!!!
Dr. Patel is such a Wonderful Caring Doctor. He took his time and listened to all my needs. He helped me understand my pain. Thank you Dr. Patel. I highly recommend him. Wonderful Doctor!!!
I was scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. Breslow on 11/16/20. When I got to the Morton Grove location, It took 15 minutes to sign-in when I was at the desk with I believe a new employee. I even commented that this was painful as this was taking so long. Then I was seated. As I was seated for 30 minutes I kept hearing my name up at the front desk in conversation. I believe I was deleted from the schedule and then the new employee had to wait for help from an associate to put me back in. By that time, at least five other people were pulled into see doctors. When I approached the desk and asked if there was something wrong with my appointment, I was told I was just entered into the system. I said excusse me, and they back tracked and said they will send the doctor a note and let him know I was still waiting. I decided to wait and see what would happen. Nobody is in the office. A new patient comes in and they are seen. Why wouldn't they for (1) tell me they made a mistake and (2) let me know what was happening. I decided to leave at the point and asked them to take me out of the system. They said sure. I am definitely not coming back to ILB&J again. This was such a bad experience that I'm sure noone would want to go through.
Not really a long wait. Happy with all the doctors I've used.
Worst experience ever! My mother and myself both had appointments. They end up rescheduling my mom after we were there waiting for 40 mins then after the dr sees me and I m about to have an X-ray taken she comes in very rushed and says oh I m sorry we don t take your insurance you can t have the tests and I can t treat you but have a nice day. Then I call today to have my mothers copay refunded back to her since she wasn t seen and they put my hold forever only to be hung up on. Horrible!!!
Doctors schedule too many people @ same time. Always a long wait!
They scheduled my MRI and a few hours before the scheduled time they called me to say they made a mistake and changed it to the following day . Then they called me later in the day and again they said there was a problem and I needd to reschedule. Thus is incompetence.
