I was scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. Breslow on 11/16/20. When I got to the Morton Grove location, It took 15 minutes to sign-in when I was at the desk with I believe a new employee. I even commented that this was painful as this was taking so long. Then I was seated. As I was seated for 30 minutes I kept hearing my name up at the front desk in conversation. I believe I was deleted from the schedule and then the new employee had to wait for help from an associate to put me back in. By that time, at least five other people were pulled into see doctors. When I approached the desk and asked if there was something wrong with my appointment, I was told I was just entered into the system. I said excusse me, and they back tracked and said they will send the doctor a note and let him know I was still waiting. I decided to wait and see what would happen. Nobody is in the office. A new patient comes in and they are seen. Why wouldn't they for (1) tell me they made a mistake and (2) let me know what was happening. I decided to leave at the point and asked them to take me out of the system. They said sure. I am definitely not coming back to ILB&J again. This was such a bad experience that I'm sure noone would want to go through.
