If you're looking for experienced and knowledgeable people here, look elsewhere. To me, it seems like it's run by children. Your opinion might be different from mine, but the hires don't look over 30 years old.
I completed my training here. Cheapest place around the area. Very competitive rates! Great team of instructors: Walters, Barajas and Hayden, just to mentioned a few. Also Scott, chief Pilot is very attentive to help and accommodate student's needs for success.
One of the best flight schools in the area! Great instructors and well maintained aircraft! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're renting for a day or going to pursue aviation certificates, they are all-phenomenal . Glad I chose IAA for my aviation needs.
Illinois Aviation Academy is fantastic. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Anyone is willing to answer any questions you have in regards to flying. I obtained my Private Pilot's License while working with IAA and had an unforgettable experience. The people working are always accommodating when taking exams. They had construction going on in their lobby and they still we're great throughout the process. Very nice testing experience.
