Always terrific pizza whether it s takeaway or dining in. Hard to beat

Pizza at Il Bene is by far the best in Wollongong, the service unfortunately brings it down for me personally.
Maybe the staff had a bad day but it was very unprofessional. They made our lunch really unpleasant, cracking a fake smile wouldn't hurt.

Pizza is ok , But the pizza chefs were horrid. One of the chefs (the skinny younger one) kept touching his crouch and touching the pizza. The other chubby guy was touching everything bottles and other things and didnt wash hands. Their hygiene was questionable. Not going back there anytime soon. The staff also seem like everything is an effort for them, not willing to provide simple service.

Zucchini on pizza? No onion or garlic on vegetarian? Hardly any mushrooms

Fantastic traditional pizzas, so happy we took a chance and tried it. Thin and perfectly cooked base with loads of yummy toppings. They used fresh prawns and good quality meat. Staff are very friendly and accommodating

Great Pizzas and Calzones. #bring il bene to Shell Cove.. there's no competition..it would do great in this region
