My family loves this store! Becky and Mark are very knowledgeable and kind. They answered our questions and helped us with our son's mission items. They were able to make great recommendations for my missionary, because they have first hand experience with mission work. They went over the top with service.

To keep it real, I recently accepted an overseas assignment with my employer. After checking, it didn't take long to realize I would need more luggage to make the move. Becky took the time to understand the items I would be shipping. This allowed her to recommend a bag that I would have completely missed. The two bags I purchased surpassed every expectation, including at a favorable price.

I have been coming to ILC Travel Outfitters for years to service my Briggs and Riley bags. They are quick and reasonably priced. They have wonderful items for travel and are knowledgeable about various destinations. In fact, I have moved to Tennessee and wait until I have to travel back to Utah to get my bags serviced!
Experts at luggage giving you tips and ideas and money and time saving advice all with a smile. I would pay extra for this service but their prices are always the best in town as well
One of my favorite interactions just happened. I had purchased and left the store with a laptop briefcase. (Briggs & Riley). They suggested the grey color as it was on sale. After the purchase I left the store and only then noticed a leather plate for initials.
I went back in and asked if they put my initials on. Sure, give us ten minutes . I went back to my car to wait. Ten minutes later it s perfect and try as I might they won t let me pay them for the extra service.
You just don t get this kind of experience today. This is the only place you should go for your luggage, travel needs.
What a perfect find for ANYTHING in travel needs. I needed a wheel repair on my roller board and it was fixed before I could explore the whole store. So if your airline crew or not, this is the place for all your travel needs and wants

I walked in and was immediately impressed by the range and quality of the items in this store. I personally was looking for the foot balance machine that helps make custom insoles for painful feet and legs. It was easy to use and the employee was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. She made sure I understood every step of the process and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I've had the insoles a few days and already the difference is astounding! I no longer have to immediately kick my shoes off when I walk in the door from the pain. Life saver! Love ILC Travel Outfitters. Highly recommend.
these guys are amazing. I called at 2:30 p.m. with a hard shell suitcase with a broken wheel. They told me to come. I got there at 3 p.m., one hour before they closed. The wheel socket was destroyed, but they drilled a hole next to it and installed the wheel in half an hour! The suitcase rolls better than before. And they did this during their busiest day of the week. In the Salt Lake area, this is the only travel store you need to visit. And these days, hardly any place will repair a suitcase like that for you and for a great price too
