we contacted the agency for a quote on an organized trip. on paper everything went well confirmed, paid etc ... it was during the holiday that we found ourselves very bad. the reservations were not paid, the hotels dirty and far away from the main centers, one of which was located in a neighborhood to say the least infamous; the mockery was that in a hotel they had not received payment for our room, the young lady shows me the bill I show her the voucher and in the end ??? if I booked the hotel directly I saved almost 30%. they certainly don't have rates as conventioned as they advertise.

Excellent tailor made Tour Operator specialized on the Bernina Express, Switzerland and Portugal. It builds travel packages by selecting its suppliers in each individual destination to offer a product attentive to the specific needs of the customer. Excellent for both groups and individuals.

I first mentioned in this agency, I booked a 5-day trip to Lapland (aurora borealis and glass igloo), Enrico gave us advice, information and answers in a fast and competent way, in fact the trip was fantastic, hiking and driving in Italian excellent, agency and travel by 10 and praise, very good continue like that.

If I could of stars nn I would put at all..they have wrong dates and counts .. if I had not noticed I would have had serious problems ... the train booked on different dates from that of the stay and I had to go to the agency several times x regularize all and finally at the hotel I had to shell out more money for things that had been guaranteed to be included in the package.
On my return I reported the thing to the agency and after their initial surprise and after their contact with the contact person, they admitted they were wrong and that if I had not paid at the hotel and if they were wrong I would have paid the agency first ...
Conclusions ... pay and shut up!

I used the Agency on several occasions, especially for rail ticketing. Flexibility and professionalism of the few employees, make that the Sunflower can be the reference point for Milanese and non-Milan users. I also recommend the agency for travel arrangements, where there is always a good proposal. F

We made the May 1st bridge between Zermatt and St. Moritz. I must say that everything went very well !!
Perfect reservations, train travel planning (and there were several) excellent.
The two hotels chosen to say the least beautiful (both that of Zermatt and that of St. Moritz). The ride on the glacier express is nothing short of wonderful.

Very bad experience. They made my mother pay more than double (compared to the price shown on the hotel page and on various search engines) the overnight stay in a hotel in Berlin. A robbery.
