Breakfast is very nice and then go to the store to buy things. Breakfast for 1 euro was very nice, but a pity that it was very busy and you had to wait a long time

Well-known home department store with catering. It is no longer surprising but at IKEA you know what you will get.

Large establishments, large parking lot and friendly people

A wide range of products at affordable prices. Tasty and cheap meal. I like it!

Because who doesn't love IKEA? And this is really fantastic anyway, large restaurant, everything beautiful, nice location. To enjoy!

Beautiful Ikea, more than enough parking space. Can be very busy at the cash registers, but this is to be expected during the corona time.

Perhaps this is a great address when you need interior. But what struck me is that it is assumed that you 1 know the concept. 2 Can read and orientate routes. 3 Good walking, because walking 5 km is normal.
My experience was such that I don't go there anymore. And that is not due to the products

Just been on the line for 50 minutes. My phone stopped working. But I am not happy.

Yesterday picked up an online order in the store in Utrecht to come to the conclusion that it was not going to fit. We asked if we could pick it up today with a van. And doubted whether this was going to work. A colleague in Utrecht (Reinout) indicated that we could also call tomorrow to request transport.
Now, after hanging on the line for 50 minutes, it is plainly indicated that we have to come to the store to arrange this.

Eventually the friendly operator went to see what she could do with the transport costs, since I have also been busy arranging everything for an hour and we have to go up and down to Utrecht. Unfortunately then the connection was lost.

I've been on the line for 8 minutes now. What a bad service !!

Large IKEA, friendly staff, everything is neat and almost always the products are in stock

Ikea concept is well-known, also easy to do in corona time, sufficient walking space. Glad the restaurant is open both food and snacks and drinks and a well-functioning corona plan

Always a very nice store where you always walk around longer than you thought. The prices are also very nice!

Easy to reach, sufficient parking space but unclear warehouse.

Thanks to the free coffee, ikea has become my stopover to check my e-mail and the like. Sometimes I work there, but the socket from before for my laptop is now gone. The more I come, the more I use their offers. Finds a pleasant place.

Just like any other ikea. Easy to reach by both car and public transportation.

Never ever been in an Ikea before... I had no idea they had a cafe and restaurant, serving full meals. For the price of one meal at our hotel down the street, Ikea fed THREE of us and it was tasty. We all had Swedish meatballs.

Never again! Today I tried to shop here. A cash register open to the entire store. After 60 minutes, I was only halfway to the checkout. I asked an employee to open another cash register, but apparently that was not possible. Unfortunately, that is not the first time that has happened. And it was during the day during the week and not on weekends. That is really going too far. Cut too much. I would like to leave my money with IKEA, but not if I am treated like that as a customer.

Ikea is fine, coffee is tasty. Parking is a maze ..

IKEA is actually fantastic if it wasn't for me being too big. Good experience and products is my experience.

Service not up to date, stock on internet does not match the store so you come for nothing.

Please note with the self-scan checkout there are only 15 products. Otherwise reconnect in another row ...

Confusing parking indications. When you take them literally you end up at a closed gate. You need to break the rules and follow the lorry indications to find your way.

I did not like it that the planning tool software in the shop are locked to work only for the more expensive furniture. I failed to find it to work for the Kallax series. Are you really saying with that people on a budget don't need help planning or are not worth it?

Another example of this apparent bias was the absence of the cheaper black and white, while the more expensive silver and gold coloured led lamps were available. Also the smallest chopping board seemed to follow the same trend, because it was "hidden" away three or more isles away from the larger and more expensive boards.

There were some more tiring experiences I could tell but I think I better rest now. Probably more effective than writing complaints.

It is a pity that you have to wait so long before you can pay the rent of the inventory at the counter, it says that you have to wait more than 10 minutes, and that takes almost an hour before it's your turn. Too bad I hope this will improve.

Found what I was looking for and I know now that Tuesday afternoon around 5 is the ideal time to go there

Beautiful shop, very well-organized! Many things had been turned off because of renovation, looked a bit sloppy, but when it is finished it will undoubtedly be beautiful again!

Pretty chaotically decorated store. Find something in it. In the restaurant there were endless queues. A plus: the food smelled less badly than in most other ikeas

This is just like any ikea, perfectly fine with a lot of stuff.
Only difference with this Ikea, and the reason they get 2*, is because of the huge waiting lines, both in restaurants as for the counter.

Many furniture of this time. I always knew the ikea as a cheap store, but that is disappointing. Well nice stuff.

Always a nice store to buy cheap furniture and other furniture stores. And it will not be the first time that you come home with extra things.

what a mega establishment. you can decorate your entire house with lots of useful tips and ideas for a good price and great quality. the coffee and cheescake are also good. in Sweden they know how to make Dutch people happy.

Shop okay. Restaurant full of people who see it as a coffee house. Especially groups 40+ men.
