Ikea like Ikea ... 'take it yourself, do it yourself'

IKEA is the best! There I have some problems with past visits, the staff proved me wrong. A I asked downstairs said "top floor at ...". When I got there and did not find what I was looking for and after a good while I found one in the staff to ask I was referred down again. And there they were !!! A little gizmos to spend like 15 minutes on the wrong floor! But otherwise a fantastic deal !!!

1 staffed checkout, totally unattended staff for self-scanning and huge queues

Best customer service ever! I ve lost a spare part of my bed and got it replace free of charge, no stupid unnecessary questions was asked, just straight to the point.

Sad environment at the cash registers. Not so inspiring signage and very rarely changed. Same layout year after year.

The handicap toilets were really not adapted for the handicapped. Very big minus on it!

Great parking, plenty of space. No need to be crowded though there are many there. However, choose a car with more room for luggage as you easily shop more than you thought!

Large IKEA store with a wide range. Restaurant and bar available. But minus that you always have to wait really long to pay their goods at the checkout. When it is weekend, you have to queue for an eternity to pay.

Really big shop and it became really good after the renovation a few years ago. Large selection of goods, there is also a lot of inspiration in the store.
