A good place to find everything you need for your home. I particularly like their restaurant.

Children have a free play area and very good facilities and restaurants. The staff in general very friendly. The only queues in box due to the influx of people. The super nice and friendly cashiers.

At confinement I placed a fairly large order that took over a month to arrive. Upon delivery the delivery man makes me sign and when he leaves he indicates that a package (package 2 of 3) is missing from a bed and that they did not know when they would give it to me. Result, almost a month more without a bed fixing mattresses on the floor because the return of the money is not in 3 days as the web says. After several claim sheets I have my money and I have bought my bed, now yes, in a professional place.

Regrettable customer service and response to incidents. I had to open a claim because an IKEA battery, which had only been on for a month, was sulfated inside the watch, but it also continued to work, so I did not realize it. I went on vacation for a few weeks, and when I returned, the pile had continued to release the white powder that it releases when it sulfated, and burned the surface of the bedside table (100% wood). And most amazingly, the clock keeps running!
The regrettable response of the person in charge of the IKEA store to the claim that I processed was: "Ikea is not responsible for the arrangement of the furniture because the deterioration caused has been due to the use of the battery."
It was only a piece of furniture, but what if it had been a small child's toy? ... It would have continued working, like the clock, but the toxic substance that would have come out of it would have caused serious damage to the little one before an adult realize it.
