I'm a bit disappointed with IKEA because some cabinets are not thought out

What to expect when you go to an Ikea. Everything OK.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service at IKEA. I paid my complete packages for my assembled PAX cabinet for 20 extra. Without thinking anything about it, I drove home happy and then see that there are more than 3 packages missing for my closet.

According to the employee at IKEA, I seem to have signed something that I received all the packages. Which of course I didn't do. Now the three packages have to pay again. I'm really angry.

When I pay for a service, it should also be flawless.

Unfriendly. Soggy. Not solution-oriented.

It's just IKEA. The staff are helpful and Kopetent (If you can address one on Saturday, where no 20 other people are waiting for the help). The direct way to the storage area would be very useful, without the first you have to go up and down stairs and then through the whole lower area through. With the whole family on a Friday or Saturday it is a pain to come through.

Click & Collect works great. Very well organized! Short waiting time, friendly staff. Could also continue like this after Corona

Have my daughter and her friend in the play paradise given, in the hope that my child can play there, AND NOT THE WORK OF SUPERVISION MUST !!! My child was asked to "take care" of the other children !!! And the balls should throw them in again !!! IF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PAID FOR THERE ARE NO REASON, they should look for another job, also there were in that day in the said children paradise 2 accidents, one even with a head injury! Consider an ad for violation of the duty of supervision and coercion of my children to tasks that is NOT to be transferred to children !!!

usually i am a big ikea fan but this was the biggest outrage. The Internet was open until 20h, but it was only open until 13h. (okay on sylvester is understandable but then it should also be clearly visible). We arrived shortly before 13h after 40km drive and were accordingly frustrated. Actually, you do not need to say anything about Ikea, the concept has been known for decades. Ikea is always worth a visit. In Kamen the market is only a few minutes away from the motorway exit (A 1). The parking is very good, there is a large, well created parking available.

I'm not a friend of Ikea, but there are useful things and ideas can also be found here when it comes to furnishing. You just have to like it.

Your website is an absolute nightmare. Especially when you want to buy something and have it delivered, the availability is completely confusing, and information is sometimes contradictory. I shop a lot online and find you offer very poor UX compared to many others. It is best to change the service provider and have it done again. Like to go to Ikea. All Ikea are the same. You always find something.

On January 20th ordered via Click & Collect. Receive no notification that the goods have been packed. When you pick up two main components without information, you will not get it. Still paid the 10 Euro service fee and wrote to customer service directly in the evening. So far no feedback has been received. That works much better both in Dortmund and in Essen. You get a confirmation very promptly that the goods are ready to be picked up and you also get ALL the items you have ordered. We are very disappointed with Kamen. The organization on site is also no comparison to Essen or Dortmund.

Always worth a visit. Even if you don't need furniture, you can always find a bargain for decoration or porcelain. Small rooms on the upper floor as ideas.

I like this Ikea a lot better than the one from Dortmund.
