Your website is an absolute nightmare. Especially when you want to buy something and have it delivered, the availability is completely confusing, and information is sometimes contradictory. I shop a lot online and find you offer very poor UX compared to many others. It is best to change the service provider and have it done again. Still 2 stars because at least the article search is okay.
