VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PRODUCTS HAVE DEFECTS, WE BOUGHT 5 UNITS OF BIOMETRICS YET THEY CANT GIVE US WARRANTY, WE JUST USED IT FOR 2 WEEKS AND NOW WE CANT USE IT ANYMORE, THE COMPANY IS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
