Generic IKEA store. Very big and has everything you would expect from an IKEA store. Lots of parking underneath. Big eating area. I'm sure most people have been before so don't expect anything more or less.

Hi.

Hi.

My partner and I took a visit to your store in Ballymn on Thursday 29/09/2016.

This was not the first time we had visited the store,

We found the disabled bay next to the entrance which we found very convenient as I have to use a whellchair to get around.

Everything was user friendly, but one thing I did notice missing was shopping trolleys for wheelchair users ?
Is there any reason why they're non.

We did enjoy our trip and bought a couple of items.

Just one more point that we did notice that a number of cars parked in the disabled bays had no wheelchair permits.

Rgds.

Derek.

Love

Shopping:

Shopping:

IKEA same as all the others which I have visited. It is great that they are keeping up with the standards in which IKEA set out.

Food:

Meatballs where also lovely lol. The salmon tasted great.

Parking:

Plenty of parking inside and outside car parks.

Vans in the outside car park as there is no height restrictions unless you park in the multi story.

As all already know IKEA is the best place to buy many things, be it lighting, garden, furniture, kids, toys, carpets, cooking, etc. During covind19 they are managing it well. However, do expect a waiting time of nearly one hour in the queue to enter the mall.

A beautiful and large IKEA store decorated to high standards. Helpful and knowledgable staff. Very good selection of different IKEA products, from inexpensive ones to premiums.
One area where this store truly shines above and beyond anything else I have seen elsewhere is customer service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the incredibly helpful and forthcoming customer service staff of this IKEA store.

Great place to shop! If you dont know IKEA, you have been living under a rock...that is under a rock! Way too many options for everything...you can spend the whole day there and still not contemplate all of them.

It's IKEA, exactly the same as any other large IKEA, parking on ground floor, showrooms and restaurant on second floor and warehouse and checkouts on first floor. Served by No.13 Dublin Bus city centre.

Very Disappointed and Angry

Looked up online the Malm office desk in white that was shown as yellow few in stock . Couldn t order online only store collection.

So an hour later, after arriving guess what... out of stock! Who is going to pay me my wasted fuel and time back? There is only this one IKEA store. So maybe introduce online reservation for all your articles to avoid that?

It's like driving through the DMZ to get there but I'd you need IKEA stuff is the only place to go. Avoid the cafeteria. It's usually filled with feral kids and parents who can't be bothered to mind their little darlings.

The only known downside of an IKEA visit is the high likelihood of getting into an argument with your partner. I have managed to avoid it so far, though. When in IKEA, not having meatballs for lunch is a sin. Walking past the row of shelves with cake while hungry is a complementary test of willpower.

I have bought a bed frame and it said that I have to buy the middle beam separate which I did . Got home got to install the bed to find out that I'm missing the timber lats to put the mattress down on. Also that comes separate. And did not said anything about it when I have bought the bed. Now I have to do another trip to IKEA

I really enjoyed my first trip to ikea. I like that you can furnish an entire house from one shop, it makes things easy for people. The staff were very helpful and polite. The only issue for me was the wait in line for food.

Lovely staff and Ikea's policy with sorting out problems was fantastic even though the problem was caused by me. Please don't change you have it right. Been before and definitely going again.

IKEA we all know lots of variety and unbeatable price tags, on top of that good food. The only bummer is its miles away from South Dublin even central, Taxi cost takes out all the price value unless you have a car.

Good
