Ikea in pandemic time. Half of car park in free air is closed to squeeze people under the roof. Click and collect is not working at the monent which could make much much easier if you could shoping online. Massive queue about an houer to get in. Hiw many of whese people would shop online? I would to void qeues and meeting so many people.

Went to get stuff for our baby due this sep. Thot I will get plenty of options there for a bed room setup. Disappointed.. there was only one small corner of New Baby Area. Doesn't leave us with many options. Price wise reasonable. At the price of a cot bed in other stores like mothercare, smyths. U can buy a Cot & a Chester.. More options would make many parents cut down their search expenses..

30 mile drive to collect 2 wardrobes showing available. The doors were not due in until tomorrow! Complete waste of time and cost. Advised by customer support to call before visiting to see if stock is actually available. Have you ever tried to speak to an Ikea human being on the phone ? er virtually impossible. Just change the concept of stock being available to "might be there sometime" when you shop at Ikea - then you won't be disappointed :)

I asked one staff member in the warehouse where the top for a certain table was and despite there being thousands of constantly changing items, he was able to say exactly what was section of the isle the colour I asked for was located. Like a stock location magician.

Can be confusing to collect all parts which are required for your product. If you buy a big furniture peace, remember it can be few parts and be very careful not to mix them but take the ones you really need. Can't say that staff too helpful, very unprofessional approach. Need more knowledge, and respect towards customers. As they never come to help themselves, even though they can pass you just chatting with each other. Never offered any help. Even when I really needed help was not able to find anybody to help. But I Love IKEA products, so can't complain too much.

If you are at the likes of Affidea for medical treatment/scan IKEA is only 5 mins away. I went for the reasonably priced meatballs which I love, but they have other food also. Eat, drink and then walk it off looking at what you are going to assemble when you get home.

I was so very disappointed that IKEA doesn't accept my swipe only deposit card. They said it was the company policy. What a strange policy not to allow your customers to pay the way they prefer and to insist your customers to loose money because you don't want to accept the type of cards other shops accept without any problems. Everything else is fine. Good products for good prices. Please fix the swipe only cards problem, and I'll be happy to visit the store again.

I just love going to IKEA. If you are moving into a new house, then you surely deserve a trip to IKEA. Anyways, I have been living in the same house for years, and still goto IKEA every 3 months. Sometimes its for a kitchen makeover, or bedrooms, or m looking for more storage ideas.....
When you enter from the parking you first board an escalator and go to the first floor. Starting with bedroom layouts, kids room,
Next take the lift to go down and that's where my major shopping starts. kitchenwares, bedding, plants, rugs, curtains, candles, lots more of the things which were never on my shopping list but make their way to my shopping trolley.
I can't end this without a mention of their food. It's good. We start with breakfast on the first floor when we enter and end with a hot dog and milkshake after checkout.

Fantastic store with a great selection of storage solutions for every room in your home. Staff are easily found and have been helpful in all interactions I've had with them.
The food is great. Well, the meatballs are anyway. Haven't tried anything else!

Only minor downside is the parking. People always parking their vans in the loading bays. Especially those who dump their vehicle right up against the curb at the narrow spot next to the wall. Wish they would prevent them from parking there when loading isn't in progress.

Definitely have a visit if you've got a new build or looking to quickly furnish off your home. If you don't come out with somethinf, you'll most likely come out with a few ideas.

As a shop you can t fault it, it s got a huge variety of products and it s relatively easy to navigate around. Ideally it is best to go midweek at off peak times, but that isn t always an option. What s slightly annoying about the shopping experience is that there are always queues. At checkout and any of the food areas, you will always queue. It would be great if they could up the staffing at these points, especially at peak times like the weekend.

Great selection of furniture and household goods in a massive warehouse. Kiddies' Corner too and basic restaurant with good value for money food. It can be tiring zigzagging around their pathways following the arrowed one-way system. Some people consider it a great day out. Good for people watching too.

A hellish place - deliberately designed to drive you to despair (and nothing is left to chance here). Impossible I think to get in and out in less than one hour, even if you know exactly what you want

Not great only went up to return a shelf & queued up for 40 minutes
The security on main door need some more training as he held us inside the main door as people from the queue to purchase gods passed us in large groups while we the returns queue were allowed enter 1 at s time

What can I say about this IKEA that isn't the same for any other IKEA?

The bus from the city centre is quick enough, and the carpark is quite large. Even on busy days you'll get a space.

On weekends its painfully busy, so much so its not worth eating there. The food, if you do get it, is fine. The price is good for the portion and quality of most of the meals.

As I said, its hard to rate an IKEA because they're so similar. I don't really talk to the staff in big stores like this but when I do they're normally quite nice.

Its not a perfect score because furniture shopping is rarely perfect. My main complaint is if I need, say, just a shelf or some glassware, I have to navigate most of the store just to get to the other end.

Nicely organised Ikea. You can order a van taxi to go back home; depending on where you leave this will cost the same or less than asking them to deliver. Delivery costs 29 (May 2018).

Great place I love it!

Great place I love it!
Always a bargain to be had
For best experience try to avoid going at the weekend
Kids play area/dropoff
Canteen is ok but the Ikea drinks dispensers are tasteless except for one (think it's the lingonberry drink)

I bought 2 beside bed came just 1 and the IKEA didn t know what happened. I bought a rug on internet ent there on the store to collect and the two assistente. very unhelpful and just say you need wait 2 days ok but in the site is not specific the information.
